Still better that they take their time with it, the process is going to delete skins from a lot of accounts, If they rush it and mess up people could lose their entire wardrobes and figuring out what unlocks people had short of a rollback would be a nightmare.
umm no, it’s not, the HoM was down when the bug happened to begin with, why i dont know, but those that got gwamm never got any skins.
personally, i hate it too, especially when it turns sideways and clips right through the middle of the shield (looking somewhat like an X )
Stacking is a result of pve being to easy.
If they had mobs that were deadly, hit hard enough, or had aoe attacks that were more sophisticated like causing blind to the point that you had to avoid them. Stacking wouldnt work.

You know, maybe I’m wrong, and I’m willing to be convinced. Comparing this to other mmos, do you really think that stacking was intended, that content beaten by stacking was intended to be so easily circumvented and trivialized?
nope, otherwise there wouldnt be a dodge button.
imho the worst part of dungeons is trying to run through everything just to get to the boss. might as well do away with trash mobs altogether since no one fights them anyway <.<

Always people trying to get stuff for free even though EVERY other decent MMO requires payment for expansions, regardless, at least it isn’t like WoW where you get left behind in levels and gear too.

bans are not the answer here, fixing it, which we’ve been assured by 2 different members of anet’s staff is in the works, is the answer.
thank you Lauren for letting us know whats going on with it, and by simply posting, assuring us that there is a fix being worked on for it.
i have a similar issue in third person, but only with the ascalonian longbow

this doesnt just effect people and their gwamm titles, this effects everyone who has unlocked even 1 HoM reward, since we can no longer access the vendor. for some of us this is serious enough to not even play the game til they fix it. me personally, i’ve only logged in to see if its working, find out its not, do my dailies and log out. and hey anet, if you DON’T fix the vendor soon, i’ll find another mmo to play that WILL respect the time i put into it.
wish i would have known about this before i went and grinded a few more gws1 ach points…. had no idea until i went to HoM to collect my new skins :/
