Oh yeah, they have a 30 day refund policy on accounts. Do note though, that account will be closed and you won’t be able to activate it again.

Depends on when you bought the code you used for the account? Or if you bought it from another retailer.
I bought it May 12th and it was through the guildwars2 website.
It turns out I already had an account from like 2 years ago that used a different email and I forgot about it. I sent in a support ticket to ask Anet if they could refund this account that you see right now. How is Anet in responding and issuing refunds? Is it 100% of the time like it should be?
