PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO ROTATE. i got placed in gold. i know i am better than these people. i should be platinum at the very least if not legendary. anyways i see all the players making mistakes that i never would. for example i can read the map and respawns really well. the others in gold cannot…so many games i went home to defend against ONE person and 3 came from the mid to help me out…multiple multiple times. i ofc run off to mid but by the time i get there its already taken by the enemy team. i tell them not to OVERrotate like that….it happens again. this happens in every game im in. not to mention ill see guards or necros with no escape abilities go far. yes going far is a viable strategy if you are losing mid and off respawn..but they tend to sit there an get killed by ghe incoming respawns even though im screaming at them to watch out for respawns.

secondly everyone im placed with tends to lose the 1v1s they are in. pretty much everybody…while im on another node winning 2v1s.

thirdly i won 8 games and lost 2 in the placement games…my placement was gold, ive seen other players with the same ratio getting platinum. the 10 game placement is flawed.

this season is above and beyond the worst yet.

so i get gltiched in a down state in skyhammer as im fighting a downstate i know i will win. my guy keeps twitching while hes downed and it puts all the skills on cooldown. this happened when i was killed by the hammer. this is why they dont need crap skyhammer in rated. it lost me the match because we snowballed from there. TAKE SKYHAMMER OUT OF THE RATED QUE AND FIX ALL THE BUGS BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT. if you do not you have lost another person that supports your game for whatever reason.

yea i just noticed today while i was playing my guardian that i was getting hit through my blocks. im amazed this hasnt been looked at or fixed. and no not the clarion bond trait that makes pet hit through blocks. but signet of the wild active makes you AND your pets unblockable.

also the NPC class sparrers are biased, no norns. how am i to practice vs norn animations?!!! im flabbergasted!

this has set a precedence. this needs to be fixed asap.

so i was playing gurdian and out of nowhere my keybindds for skills wouldnt work. i didnt have caps lock or anything. it happened half of the match and out of nowhere i started to be able to use skills after resetting twice. this shouldntg count as a loss and i demand a pip…iknow we would hav e won since we were 5 points from winning and that was with me clicking abilities with the mouse since the number buttons were not assingned to the 1234qwerasd buttons. i want my 2 point win or ill quit the game.

this needs ti be fixed asap… this needs to be a priority. its breaking rated pvp game for me…happens everytime and without the trait i dont revive fast enough…fix asap

there is a bug where when you down an enemy (in pvp) they float off and you cant stomp them. would like a fix to this and a mod response to this is being fixed. thanks alot.

i wanted to truly apologize to the moderators and the community for spewing forth information that doesnt benefit anybody. im truly dedicated to this game and i just want changes. forgive me for not going by the moderators rules. i really want to provide constructive feedback and dont want to infringe upon moderators rules. let me know please what is acceptable under moderators rules where i dont infringe upon them so i can avoid further retribution on posts that “avoid” those rules. im truly confused and want an accurate account on what is acceptable via moderators rules.

as a ranger everygame ive outhealed the ele everytime in season 1-3. good druids can still support but we sure do miss our support counterparts.

so many noob mistakes. double dodges MULTIPLE times for no reason. 1vs multiple people for no reason. clearly noob play…move along

played a game today…was my last game til ruby. been legendary every season since season 1. anyways i go far from the start and i down this necro easy…he proceeds to glitch out, and float off point all the while STILL taking the point even though im on it. so i go to him and try to stomp…i cant…i try to run way out of his range….cant stop his downed 1 attack that heals him and hurts me..i get downed. i vengeance try to stomp, still no go. he rezzes. guardian comes. same thing..downed him he gets glitched yet again..and point is still his even though hes floated off point. gg. with 2 people out it snowballed us and we were staggered from the start..we wind up losing the game only by 15 points…if i would have taken the point we would have won. im totally done with the game. losing a rated because of a glitched game mechanic. unacceptable. ive played many mmos and never have had this issue. ty all for all the fun ive had in guild wars but im another player that has uninstalled..have fun all.

games so far have been pretty even for me. the matches are usually close and out of the 30 games ive played so far only 1 blowout. i just cant seem to win any of these games..out of those 30 ive won 8. pretty horrible. i dont mind losing because i learn much more from losing than i do winning but i know im being matched with inferior people than on the other team. starting off in sapphire ppl still have no clue how to rotate. getting 3 necros on my team no engi to suppor tthem while the other team gets a good mix of classes. ask ppl on my team to switch they refuse..same ole same ole. getting there i think though.

im playing rated pvp on my necro and i get kicked out of the game for no reason. i have a high and computer and internet so that isnt the issue. i timed it i was out for 1 MINUTE and 37 seconds before i came into the game…it hade 8 minutes left. i proceed to help win the game by supporting fights and winning a couple of 1v1s. then we go to the lord and im the only one left alive and stomp him winning the game…i have double the points of any1 else and yet…i dont get any points and get dishonor afterwards…your kittening system is flawed…its supposed to count you as afk after the 2 minute mark which it clearl wasnt… if i didnt come back they would have lost the game and yet i still dont get a pip and get dishoner..what is the incentive to even log back on if your just gonna get kitten on. ive played alot of games and this is the only game i have trouble getting kicked out of randomly which leads me to believe its the games fault.

I’m seriously done at this point, its not fun. and it sure as hell isn’t competitively fair.

Edit: Just to add, i made it to sapphire in season 1 due to limited play time, I made it to diamond season 2 with some effort. and now, literally 2 steps forward 3 steps back, i switch classes, i rotate, i play pretty sensibly. But i solo queue and will forever be at the mercy of Matchmaking and MMR deciding if i should be winning or losing the next match i play, a system stacking the odds in one teams favor through matchmaking is a bullkitten thing to do.

This is my experience. I got to Legendary division last season solo queuing, and atm I’m stuck in Sapphire tier 3. Around 100 games so far, I’ve had two 3-game win streaks, other than that, just constant yoyoing.

Solo queuing is terrible. I don’t claim to be elite, but I’m experienced and more than competent. I certainly don’t deserve these teams I’m getting, there’s no carrying them. Just about every match’s result is predetermined. As for teaming up, due to my time zone, my contacts are sleeping when I’m playing, and I’m working when they’re playing.. Excluding weekends of course, but god forbid I wanna leave the house on the weekend.

If I can manage to get out of Sapphire this season and get my fugly wings, here’s yet another experienced pvper checking out.

same with me. stuck in ruby now. was stuck in sapphire tier 3 for a week. finally got some win streaks going and got out. yo-yoing back and forth in ruby now but you can lose tiers and its even more detrimental. I’m an experienced player and was legendary s1 and s2 on 2 different accounts.

past 2 season i got legendary on 2 different accounts. this season im stuck in sapphire tier 3 with one account. been playing since season start about 10 games a day on average. i wish it was a 50/50 win rate. i win 1 lose 2. win one lose 3. people have no clue how to rotate..even from the start. these ppl were legendary/diamond last season. the past 3 games ive played ill see a person going far from the start. and despite my pleading to not do so they go anyways,proceed to die on far, outnumbered mid. they snowball us,and person keeps going far and continuing to die..literally the past 3 games,different person
the last game we had was close but again we lost it because of bad rotations. team fight mid,i see the ele and druid (support ofc) going for far. all the while im asking them to support mid. taking mid would have won the game for us. not just the last 3 games but EVERY SINGLE GAME i play has clueless people. i know how to rotate,i can play 4 different classes exceptionally well and switch between each depending on comp. i can forsee the enemy rotations and counter rotate to compensate to try to carry my team but to no avail..you cant carry a team full of bads.
i know for a fact it is not me bringing my teams down. on my alternate account im in tier 1 diamond atm. on the way to diamond people knew what they were doing. rotations were spot on and i even had a 16 game win streak. regardless if i WAS bad, how can there be such a discrepancy between the 2 accounts? this PROVES there is a flaw.

big kittening joke i get joined with 2 emerald players at sapphire tier 4 and go up against a premade of all sapphires. kitten this game.

ok then why im i being placed with people that have no clue how to rotate when i do?
why am im being put against premades? when i give constructive criticism i get berrated and they proceed to over commit to far and lose us the game.

im not complaining at all. i ,love this game and i like the challenge to improve myself. when i get matched with decent people its a really good match but constantly im getting matched with 4 necros or 3 thieves while the other teams have a good comp. i switch to ele/scrapper/necro depending on team comp but its just not enough

started off in sapphire. these people that were legendary/diamond last season obviously didnt learn how to rotate. im stuck with idiots every match. when i finally get a win streak going, it throws me up against a pre-made…a premade made of my own guildies. since then ive been going up against pre mades and pro league players, chaith,rom,etc. blow out games 500-200. why allow pre mades to go against pugs? i thought they fixed that?

I was testing out my condition build on my warrior on some dummies and noticed they do considerably more damage than a necro. proceeded to try the same build in pvp and noticed that… its hard to land the damage. sure, when we land it it does a lot of damage but more often than not most of the damage misses. with all the blocks and evasions and distortions going around its hard to reliable hit with anything. I can stack 12 burning with flaming flurry easy on a dummy. in pvp I usually only get off maybe 3 stacks of burning with it. I can do my best to get it off. headbutt into a pindown into a flaming flurry. most people I play get out of the immob easy and don’t take much damage. and if they are just a short distance away most of my flaming flurry shots miss altogether.

Let’s stick to the issue here. Nice try on the evasion and diversion. I want actual proof and data there is a mmr hell

Uh huh. Nice photshop. I haven’t heard any top players, including me, complain about MMR. Must be because they are,you know, good or something. Clearly a l2p issue. When only bads complain about MMR..on second thought..yea I agree with the SELF induced MMR hell..get on my level scrubs.

regardless even if i DID have good mmr from the start (which i didnt because all throught amber i was getting matched with bads that didnt know how to rotate vs 1 or 2 primordial legends and the rest were either legendary champions or champion phantoms/ect.)i still managed to win matches and move through the ranks easy. if you werent there you cant say for sure whether i was matched against bads or got carried etc…the mmr is fine kthxbai.

mmr is based on how you did in the past. therfore id be at a loww mmr. i happened to win most of the game, because im good, so i have a high mmr.

im a new player. just started 3 months ago. ive been playing hot joins the whole time…only for 2 weeks have i been playing rateds. i just reached legendary today abd won 6 games in legendary so far. i watched alot of guides like buckets and helseth on how to rotate and many other guides before i started playing rateds. ppl complaining about being stuck in a certain divisions, quite clearly its you and you need to improve. look at guides and see where you did wrong when you lose games…right now im at a %85 win rate. played necro ele and mes depending on comp
