I’m sorry but if doing GvG is a violation, then by all means why don’t the devs do anything about 2 servers working together to defeat the 3rd server in the same tier? Hmm? Sounds familiar dear german players? I think that this is way bigger of a violation isnt it? Just curious what you guys think…

I couldn’t help but notice the mess going on on my screen. The top right corner is full of spam i dont wanna see. Story line quest, Living story and other stuff blocking the view. It would be nice to have an option to remove it. Above all the one and only most annoying thing on my screen is the unmovable HP bar of the mobs. I mean really? 10 year old games let you modify your interface. GW2 can’t afford it? The sad thing is i have to twist my camera in a really weird angle if i actually wanna see some of the bigger mobs. That HP bar in the center is way too big and annoying. Let alone the countless animations, lightning effects going on, numbers flying everywhere. During a fight it’s really hard to see who is the boss facing, which way is he swinging his axe, therefore its harder to avoid. A cleaner interface would definitely improve the gaming experience.

Give ppl a break, nobody wants to be bothered with all these dailies, there are days when i realize at 10PM that my daily isn’t done… yet i was playing all day basically. Would be cool to be able to complete the daily just by playing whatever i want and after like 5 actively spent hours it would gives me the reward. One can always dream. Tbh i really don’t see why can’t it be done like this. Were you online for hours doing your stuff minding your own business, exploring the map with an alt or farming dungeons? There you go you get a reward. But no, i have to do the stupid underwater kills or stop whatever the hell i’m doing and craft 10 copper ingots. It’s really breaking my daily routine.

I have a suggestion for you. Please put and potion in chat window so we can remove the annoying built in chat messages such as orange text while doing new drinking game, or the message we get when we PM someone who isn’t online. These things stay even when we switch toon. Although more important things, like guild chat disappear. This is really annoying. And one more thing. Why do we have to change the guild chat window to slash G every time we relog? Can’t you change it somehow so even if we relog, the chat window stays on slash G? Thank you

What I’m mostly worried about is the damage. It’s never going to be as good as my Axe build. I tried twisting the traits but cannot come up with anything what would make it worth playing GS

Yes, this is about what I would do too. I know if I take away 10 points from Discipline i lose 25% (15% from 3 stacks of adrenaline + 10% from trair points) of crit. chance but I’d rather do that than losing all this in power. Still I’m not sure if it’s worth using GS at all since Axe x Axe is THAT much better now… thanks for the help anyways!

As I realized they messed up some of the trait lines at the previous patch (June 25th) and now GS warrior builds are not as viable as they were. I’m looking for some option to play GS again (for quick dungeon runs, PVE in general) but since there are only 70 trait points available I don’t see it happen. Let’s review.
I want to put 30 point on Strength tree, because of XI. Berserker’s Power. This would give me 15%+ power. I would need to put 20 points to Arms to be able to choose X. Forceful Greatsword. Now I only have 20 points left to put on Discipline therefore i cannot choose XII. Heightened Focus for 15%+ crit. chance
This really bothers me and I’m ‘forced’ to play with Axe x Axe… ofc I know nobody is actually forcing me this is just a figure of speech but still… with the new skins coming very very soon I would love to be able to play GS again. Anybody got a fix for this?

I didnt say it shouldnt take time… im saying after opening not one but thousands of boxes i would at least expect 1 ticket. Dont you agree with me?

Come on…here you can kill anything (not farming) and get chests (got ~400 this way) or buy them through the TP (bought ~2000). I found 3 tickets and a lot of other things that I probably never use. I spent some great amount of gold on this and yet I’m satisfied. Why?

Why should it take time? I wanna enjoy having it instead of “enjoying” farming for it… and no, we got the shattered wings after doing those awfully boring repetative tasks they prescribed for us. It was in no way fun or enjoyable. I wanna play the game to have fun but this isnt fun anymore :/ I keep trying and trying and trying and after thousands of exciting moments before i click on a box i officially give up.

It is the worst because they dont care about us at all. At least thats how i feel. And many others. I never wanted any of the event crap so far. I always made good money out of an event period. This time i actually want 1 skin. I dont care how common the boxes drop. Some ppl got 5 tickets out of a 100 thats what bothers me. I put all this effort in getting my boxes and what do i get? Nothing. While the weekend player opens 5 and gets 1. And opens another 5 and gets one. I would very much like to see my hard work pay off. All these wasted hours result in a deep deep disappointment and anger. They dont appreciate their loyal customers. Yes i am a customer, i buy gems almost every week. I spend my money and time here on this game. You can all tell me i can go take a break but if you tell this to all the disappointed ppl half the players will be gone. Is this really what Anet wants?

ArenaNet doesn’t care if you are happy when playing. All they care about is that you are playing. If that means skinner box conditioning, time gates, massive grinds and RNG gating all the new content, that’s what they will do.

So what you’re basically suggesting is to give everything to everyone so everyone will be happy, yes? I don’t think that’s a solution. No one is forcing you to grind. You want something that is very rare? Then you have two options:

1. play game as usual counting on you luck
2. grind or buy from TP

It’s only your choice.

If i would be happy playing i would play more, i would buy more gems. I dont get it why isnt this obvious to the geniuses who create all these fantastic events… im starting to think “A” in Anet stands for something else…

okay im at a point where im so freakin kitten ed with this game there are no words for it. after opening thousands of freakin chests still not 1 single stinking ticket. wtf? are you for real? some ppl have 5+ tickets already!!! is this for real? are you kidding me? this is the worst game EVER… do you seriously think that after series of disappointments ppl will stick around? im so furious i dont even know what to say… this isnt fun anymore for me…

And do you know why? Because being the 3rd day some ppl already got more than 1 tickets… thats why. And some ppl even got their dragon helmets and wings too while other are left with nothing. Thats what making ppl angry and sad and disappointed.

After opening 1000+ normal coffers and getting nothing is a bit more than frustrating… i understand the folks who got their ticket(s!!!!) already are completely satisfied but they really dont need to come here and rub it in…

Getting sick of this game…

A would call myself a very dedicated player. I play every day, have close to 2000 play hours in the last 5 months, but somehow today after all this failure and disappointment i dont feel like logging in… they need to realize this “lets not encourage the ppl to have fun in game and therefore play more” attitude will cost them money in the long run. Ppl not having fun will play less and spend less in gem store…

Its super easy to get tickets?? Im sorry but you cannot be more wrong. Farmed 600 of them myself and purchased 400 off of the Tp and got NO TICKET! That i wouldnt call super easy. I have other words for it…

this new event makes it really hard to like this game… opened 1000 chests and still no wep skin. yet other ppl get a skin after opening 5 chests. or 3 skins after opening 150. how the heck are they expecting the players to stick around after this? for the rest of the game i will be punched in the face every time i see a jade wep skin on someone. it will either remind me of my bad luck because i didnt get any or if by some miraculous reason i end up getting one it will still remind me of the unfairness of the game and how easily other ppl get them while i can farm as long as i want i wont. and let alone the dragon helmets… how do they think it feels looking at ppl walking around with they ill gotten bug helmets 2 days into the event with jade weapons in their hands and wings on their back… it really makes us think, you know…

what is really unfair is ppl who farm 20 hours get nothing, other ppl just log in for an hour, buy 5(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) regular chests and get a skin…

Or at least they should give 1 freaking weapon skin with some achievement…

i was talking about regular chests, but yeah the ones i got with the gems i had on me contained crap as well…

Mantras are not useless at all. Just because you guys like to play mainstream it doesnt mean the play styles which require more brains are useless. There is a way around everything.

• Learn to cast Mantra of Pain > Mantra of Recovery > Mantra of Pain in that order. In less than 10 secs, you’ll have healed your team for 8400HP, (And Regeneration would heal at least 3000HP in 10 seconds). It is NOT recommended to sit back and spam mantra heals in a desperate attempt to save lives. You’ll fall behind and give everyone an excuse to blame their incompetence on you.

Does Mantra of Pain heal? Am i missing something?

i started to learn this build but in general i find mantras a very bad choice since i need to charge them and its quite long. in wvw i cannot imagine one singe occasion i can waste more that 3 seconds charging it.
