You have to get in your servers TS.
Then you have to spend time developing a relationship with the regular pick up group players.
Then you have to earn a reputation as someone who knows how to group them together, place siege in proper locations, and ask the right professions to cast the correct skills at the correct time.
Then you have a start. A few months of that and you might get zergs following you.
I’ve thought of onto jumping onto TS, the problem though is I’m a pretty young gamer. I want to try my best to stay away from TS because my high voice and the fact people won’t take me seriously. Ill probably try at some point, and thanks for the feedback!
Yo Anet, we need a release window for HOT. Even if the window is spread across 6 months, we need one. Just tell us what year. It’s important for your customers to know when the expansion you’ve been hyping will be released so we can debate now, the time we are thinking of the expansion positively because of the spec announcements and hype, rather than after that’s over and we haven’t had our hype coffee to give us that burst of energy! Please Anet
So I recently put down 30$ to get gems. I converted them to gold and bought commander for WvW zerging. I’m having a very hard time gathering people. I’ve look around for help with creating the zerg, but they all talk about how to command, not how to create a zerg. So I’m asking for your help
… there seems to be no content that people actually like in the game anymore
. Ive been thinking of leaving the game. I assume most other people are to right?I am having fun. Its just I like many are hungry for new content
I’m confused. If there’s no content that you like in the game any more, how are you having fun? If you’re still having fun, why would you be thinking of leaving? It doesn’t make much sense to me.
Alts are mostly keeping me entertained, but going through Queensdale for the 4th kind of gives me a sour taste in my mouth
What’s the best way to farm trick or treat bags?
A White Knight here, let me go ahead and throw my opinion in on this…
Everyone has been hating on ANet recently, but for good reason.
False. I don’t see a good reason for the hate. You bought a game that had enough material to justify the expense, and they haven’t forced you to spend a dime since. The hate for ANet stems from people always wanting more and not being satisfied. The game is wonderful, and I love it, every part of it because it allows me to explore a well-designed world that I always look forward to returning to at the end of the day.
My question is, is it worth playing Guild Wars anymore. With no new content, Halloween was a disapointment, and there seems to be no content that people actually like in the game anymore
. Ive been thinking of leaving the game. I assume most other people are to right? As has been said before, a majority of players don’t use the forums. The negative opinions here are in no way reflective of the overall player base. I still enjoy much of the game, especially the exploration and the beauty. The combat is fun and challenging, the NPCs are interesting, and the other players are a lot of fun – even just watching and listening to them.
I don’t think you should leave the game just yet, it seems to me it is changing quite a bit, and I think you’re going to miss out.
Your probably right, thanks for the feedback

If you’re the type of person that wants an expansion worth of content all at once followed by 1-2 years of little new content, take a long break from the game. Come back in about a year and you’ll have your expansion.
(Do make sure to log in briefly every two weeks to unlock the episodes for free.)
Its funny I actually just came back to gw2 after 6 months just 2 weeks ago
I can’t speak for everyone, but i’m on a break right now and strongly considering never logging in again.
Between the gamble for the 2012 Halloweed skins, Gemgate, and Gaile Gray’s revelation that ANet is catering to this new, unheard from “new player” demographic, instead of ALL players…well, i’m not supporting bad decision after bad decision, after bad decision.
I agree, ANet has been stupid lately
I am having fun. Its just I like many are hungry for new content

A dev mentioned the possibility of player housing. I’d like to say this addition would be amazing, if you do it correctly. This would add extra end-game activities and distractions while people aare in the leveling process.!!!!!!
ArenaNet, make it happen!!
Dungeons prove fast results!
So I have very recently reached level 80. I’m very happy, but it seems I’ve starting to run out of things to do. I’m only running COF daily and nothing really else. I have some interest in Spvp, and Wvw is starting to get stale. What do i do?
Just have a bunch of items that turn you into food. Make a new kind of black lion chest that you get stuff to disguise as food!
I was on my level 54 guardian named Sherg Adurg. I decided to do the main story of the ascalon catacombs dungeon using the party finder thing. When i started i had around 6.5 gold. I got downed by the troll after we killed the final boss, then i immediatly left via the lover right corner button. I was brought outside the dungeon in plains of ashford and was dead. I selected the one of the lion arch waypoints near the crafting stations. I look at my iventory to start unloading my bags of loot and i see i only have 70 silver. I really want my money back because im frustrated after selling my extra crafting stuff for money the day earlier on the trading place.
I’ve not spent one cent of the BLM. I have been tempted to many times but I keep leaving Gw2 for a month then i come back. So i dont know if I should
Huh, I’ve never really thought about what would happen, they’re so expensive.!
I think it is because GW2 isn’t a traditional MMO that doesn’t follow the holy trinity of tank, healer, dps. I simply love this idea but other people don’t feal the same way. They think its dumb and imbalanced.
My first cheracter was an Asura, but the problem was I didn’t like the zone look, or the story. My main is a human because of this but i do have a level 20 Asura Theif
I chose human because they were the people who’s looks can look somewhat similar to me.
I would say elementist, its not a very good pvp-er but its got AOE which can lead to high DPS if you play it correctly. Some of the AOE support your team-mates, and the weoppons are both ranged and meelae, and I felt an emphasis on the ranged attacks.
I’ve tried to get my family to like this game, but they just didn’t get into it. They come from Rift, a pretty traditional MMO. You, like my family, are probaly not doing something correctly. You could be missing the porsonel story, they other zones, the dynamic events, or the biggest one is…
Not playing the correct profession. It takes time to find which profession is for you. Do some testing with new professions and you’ll enjoy this game way more with your favorite one, mine is guardian.
So what stuff do I get from Black Lion Chests, are they worth paying for. Or are they worth creating a charecter and getting him to lvl 10 ?
