I think ioj should share some of their oceanic / sea presence to DH if u want a more even match , even HoD manage to take and hold 2 keep and half of DH BL during that time

I feel for FC for often get rolled by DH fairweather zerg ( for some reason quite a number of them coming out this week )

If u guys have some organized www guild with enough ppl i suggest to do just a bit of zergbusting , once u stomp them once or twice they usually go back to pve

- No way for warrior to self-break out of purple crystal afaik

- For the “stacking” thing …. As u have noted urself there are 2 kind of ice AoE .

The first AoE damages anyone who stand in the inner circle , Alpha will use this on 1 and only 1 of our party member . The second AoE damages anyone who stand in the area between inner and ourside circle , alpha will use this on the rest of the party member which are not targeted by the first AoE.

I found the best way to handle this pattern is to find who got the first AoE aggro when the the battle starts , the one who got the aggro then need to use ranged and try to not die ( this is very important , because if this person die the first AoE aggro will change to other person ) and the other 4 stack to melee alpha

Sometime for reason that baffles me the first AoE aggro changes for no reason , in which case ur team need to make adjustment quickly but the concept is still the same ( 1 kite 4 melee )

The hard part comes when the one who got the aggro trapped by purple crystal , there 2 way i know , 1. he/she need to free him/herself using teleportation skill like : shadowstep . 2. if he/she cannot then the other party need to break the purple crystal .

- For part 3 , all 5 of u can go down and hit the boss when the shield is down if u all feel confident , if u dont … well there are a couple of things i notice :

1. If u have attack with 1500 range u can hit the boss from the upper platform , ie : warrior rifle burst skill
2. Mesmer can always use portal for easy teleport to upper platform when the shield is up
3. There are “small safe spot” near the boss where u could stand without got burned by the lava , but need 1 person on the upper platform to draw the fire tooth aggro

Im stuck at loading screen in iron marches in darkhaven server

restart game client , and same thing again . cannot use my character cannot play the game

This is a show stopper ! please help …

I closed game client and when i try to start again the same thing continue . I cannot play the game at all

Please take a look at this issue

my tickets 120828-005612 was closed , the CS officer said that my items has been send by in-game mail

But when i check each character mailbox i dont see any mail containing any items

I still havent received my tome of influence and chalice of glory yet ….

Please help

the support just got back to me saying

“Hi ,

The Tome of Influence and Chalice of Glory are one-time rewards that grant account-wide bonuses which is why you do not get a new set on each new character. We are currently working on a way to restore these items to anyone who deleted them by mistake.

Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for you at this time, as the investigation into how to resolve the issue is ongoing. I apologize for the wait, but we are doing our best to get you the items as soon as possible!

but i look at some of the post on this forum saying they already got DDE/CE items back after they deleted their char ….

can provide some assistance on this ?

Sorry you lost your items. I would like to point out if you read the DDE mail, it does say it’s a unique mail, please take these items, don’t delete this you won’t get another! and such. I read mine. Sorry you didn’t read yours.

No , that red label “this items only distributed once ….. plz dont delete the char blabla” only added lately , its not there when i open my mail on 28 aug during the 3 day headstart
