Guild Wars 2

So far I am liking the game. One thing that bothers me is the instancing on every 5th step. I wished cities were not instanced.

One thing I really liked about WoW was the fact that game had invisible instances from zone to zone (loaded in the background). Is this a left over code from GW1?

Mox those are very generic advise. I am looking for more specific for anyone who is having very good success in PvP.

I am trying out all the prof in GW2 for sPvP. So far I have done very well with Guardian/Warrior/Mesm/Elemn/Thief. I am having a very hard time with Ranger.

My burst damage is low. My survivability is low. I am not very effective in anything.

What is the philosophy behind Ranger? Which weapon works best? What build works for sPvP? Should I stick with the group all the time, or go solo like I do with Thief?
