I can’t understand why Anet don’t put top priority in this issue if is obvious a mistake.

So many people banned for the 1 copper spam mail.

Please keep in mind that we are all merely theorizing that this is the issue. We have no solid evidence to support it. Don’t get too carried away now.

No one is being suspended or terminated for a 1 copper mail. If you received such an in-game mail and were suspended or terminated, that is coincidental. We wouldn’t take action on an account based on that single piece of evidence, and in fact it’s really not evidence of wrongdoing, as a player cannot control what mails come into his/her mailbox.

I say this because is the only thing “wired” I do just before the ban.

Just let me put this way, I bought +150$ in gems from Anet, so you figured out my sorprise for this ban for buy gold… is just wrong. The must funny thing: you have all the transactions.

The only thing i did was reporting an undeletable mail of a gold seller with one copper inside.

Now I see a pattern here… I did the same thing. Report five spam mail, one of then undeleteable with the copper… so I pick the stupid thing to clean my mailbox.

Anet your system obviously is broken!

By the way my ticket still open with no response at all 121025-003179.

My account got terminated too, I never buy any gold, report every single gold seller I see in chat and all mails I recive.

I open a ticket and send all the relevant information, try to login several times, no luck and not response from support.
