I recently got a macbook air and decided to install Guild Wars 2. I had installed it on my previous iMac with no issues. I downloaded the disk image and used the installer no problem, but when I try to open the launcher nothing happens. It doesn’t even flicker on the dock. I have checked activity monitor to see if there were any processes associated with gw2, and there weren’t any running. When I checked the application support folder to delete the guild wars 2 folder, it wasn’t even there. I have followed any suggestions that I could find on the forums. The links for the suggestions are: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/MAC-Basic-Beta-Client-Troubleshooting/first#post2480238, https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/MAC-Launcher-won-t-open/first#post6019877, https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Mac-installer-won-t-open, https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Mac-client-does-not-open, and https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Launcher-won-t-start. The specs of the laptop are more than good enough to run it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Me and the other leaders in my guild all use Mac computers, and we have a bug where we can’t interact with the guild upgrade/treasury window. We can load the first screen, but when we try to click on something, nothing happens; this is making running our guild very hard and we would love to see this resolved quickly. If you have a timetable for this we would love to know it.
All of the leaders in my guild use mac computers and we are unable to use the treasury or purchase upgrades for our guild hall, when we open the treasury/upgrade window we can see the the panel but whenever we try to click on anything there is no response. I would like to know if this is a priority and if so, is there a timeline for having it fixed.
