I see many posts complaining about the difficulty of dungeon. People don’t seem to understand the mechanic of this game. You’re not suppose to get hit. Dodge is there for a reason. I managed to clear CoF EM under 20 mins solo and not a copper wasted on fixing. Will make a video guide on how to solo dungeon soon.

who said that GW2 is not a grind game? just look at the cost of karma gears and dungeon gears. now of course you don’t have to grind but it’s a mind game. trust me nobody runs the dungeon for fun. they all aiming for certain items that they like.
most def your cpu, this game consume cpu like a v10 on gas.
Every where I go, I see posts like this. This game is pretty much going down the hill. Don’t get me wrong I love GW but GW2 at the moment doesn’t live up to its hype. So sad to see such a nice game gone to the deep.
once you hit 80 and get ur extotics (which is extremely easy) u pretty done with pve. everything you do now feel pointless and repetitive. every mmorpg main objective is to get better gears (don’t deny it) there is no point of going through dungeon anymore because the rewards do not worth your time and skills. gw2 dungeon got to be the most hardcore and boring that I’ve ever experienced.
This game pve is pretty much going down the hill. every thing is pointless now after u hit 80. there is no point of going through boring and insane difficult dungeon anymore when u can craft better stats gears at peace. events are boring. They’re pretty much the same on every map. Friends stop playing. Endless people having the same feeling on this forum.
I expected dungeons to be in line with rest of GW2 in terms of “innovation” and new way of thinking about grind. Its going backwards and its making me think this game is not worth playing.
I expected that a player can sit down 1 evening and deside if he wanted to go WWW, do world events or go do few dungeons. Obviously not.
For me its so twisted that I will not even be playing GW2 any more. Thats how wrong I consider the devs have got it on dungeons. There is no need for this – SPECALLY since the game is saying its turning away from the holy trinity.
To me it sounds like GW2 is trying to hide that its not able to create stuff that is not based on the holy trinity – And the best way to do it is to make it so noone will bother doing it.
The game already has horrible rep on its PVE content on sites like Twitch and almost all the ppl there just refuse to do Dungeons cause they are so bad.
Great way ANet of killing the no trinity concept even before ppl got a chance to try it.
They got the money so it doesn’t matter now. Devs did say that it’s suppose to be insanely difficult and not for everyone, totally go against Anet’s philosophy. They once said that anyone can solo the game without ever joining the group, guess what??? good luck with that. Oh you want to solo dungeon? here some god mode potion! As a casual gamer, I’m so disappointed wish I didn’t buy the game.
EXACTLY!…why make the game for just the most elite skilled players. Isn’t it Anet’s philosophy is to make the game where anyone can enjoy without grindfest. Most causal players will have no chance of doing the dungeon let alone the speed run. Why not make a difficulty selection.
It is still very easy Anet. It’s still childplay. It would be awesome if the difficulty, armor repair cost increase. Oh yes did I forget to mention reduce to rewards so elite skilled players appreciate the rewards more.
