Is there any way to get your guys’ attention on this forum post about the Master Sky Crystals? Original post was 2 weeks ago and no response from Anet. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated!
I am having the exact same issue. Today I started the achievement. I was wondering what to do if it says I have 9 of 10 Master Sky Crystals and I’ve been to every location 3 times and the screen shows that it has been consumed and CTRL doesn’t show the yellow title of the Master Sky Crystal (also proving it’s been consumed).
I see it’s been two weeks since the original post with no reply from ANet. How can we get a response?
This is obviously bugged b/c I’ve checked 3 times at all 10 locations.
For Wintersday 2013, will we be able to earn Mystical Cogs, Drops of Magic Glue, Wads of Enchanted Stuffing & the Frames so we can finish making the minis we weren’t able to complete last year?
It wasn’t even possible last year to make all 5 minis even if you did everything everyday.
I’m really hoping Anet doesn’t leave us hanging on this!
Emissary Vorpp is outside the instance portal in DR. He moves around and disappears after you talk to him. I talked to him once, and responded “What do I need to do?” and “Got it”. was the extent of the convo… I waited a minute and ran around the area, found where he popped up again, talked to him again and got the “I need another communicator” option. Though, my teammate talked to him and got the option right away and he disappeared. I can’t explain the discrepancy. But I do know if you mull around the Crown Pavilion to find him and talk to him, at some point you will get another communicator on another toon.
It would be really awesome if ANet could fix the clipping of Howler on Medium Armor Coats (for Norn, not sure if it does it w/ other races). Nearly all of the Medium Armor are Coats, so there are very few alternatives. In addition the clipping is not just minor, it’s the entire head of the horn-wolf/snake while in combat; when stowed it’s ok. You cant really see the head move up and down like you’re supposed to just after using a skill. Since a Legendary means a lot to players as does the look of their armor, it would be greatly appreciated if Anet could fix this so we can fully enjoy Howler.

This site seems to be very helpful for finding uncontested temples, even more so than the forums now… hopefully they’ll keep up the good work…. this is in beta.
Yes. The Meta event and Karka Queen world boss will be a permanent event added to Southsun, and it’s drop will be permanent as well.
One of the core problems of the island was the lack of events. I’;d hoped to solve that by adding an island wide Meta event and a world boss.
However it is NOT out until next week. We’re actively working on modifying our patch notes.
I’m curious why the dungeon for the Flame & Frost was not permanent… that would be great. And I am pleased to hear that this meta event is permanent. Thanks Anet!
Please Robert, do tell me why the dungeon for F&F was not considered to be permanent. I"m curious. And is there any way they can change that if the players really really want it. Thanks.
Even tho dungeons do not count toward 100% map completion, some do seem to count toward the area specific explorer achievements, but there’s no real way to tell.
I’m simply confused b/c I had 174/175 – I did not have Beggar’s Burrows, so I just explored that area, and yet I did not have 175. I then explored Sorrowful Sound, and it registered yet not 175. I then found another ‘white labeled’ area on a map that i did not have, explored that and ta’da got 175. No consistency. Buggy!
BTW Thanks to Bluestone, who’s list I used to find areas I had missed, tho I had 100% map completion.
*Latest insight: Was finishing Shiverpeak Explorer 174/175 and did ‘Cragstad’, nothing, did ’Ulukke’s Hunger’, nothing, BUT once i did ‘Tribulation Caverns’ which is the opening to a Jumping Puzzle and tada 175. I think that absolutely all of the jumping puzzle areas will count for Explorer, so maybe its a good idea to do that achiev before doing Explorer and you may just get it in the process.
