As Turin said it is because your weapon swap is still on cooldown when the cutscene starts. Happens for all cutscenes not just CoF P1.
Happening on Gandara too. 3 Guilds only show me in them. 4th Guild shows everyone as normal but only if they aren’t representing.
Completed Queen’s Jubilee yesterday with the Hot Air Balloon Ride and accepted the reward before it waypointed me towards DR. That happened just as the login server problems happened and wasn’t able to login again until today to see I didn’t have the Minipet.
This issue is still very much a regular occurrence. Is Anet looking into this issue or not?
markisbeest is talking about the fact of pinging your skills while holding down Ctrl or Shift. In Guild Wars 1 it would use the skill at the same time as pinging it rather than just pinging skill and doing nothing.

One of my guild members has been trying unsuccessfully to regain access to his account through the support ticket system after Guild Wars stopped sending him Authentication emails. After recieving two generic “Are you having trouble verifying your email address?” and “Have you checked your Junk mail?” emails. Someone said they were going to escalate the ticket.
He was able to give all the information requested of him by support including questions like what guild are you in, what ISP are you using, where did you purchase the game etc. The only thing he wasn’t able to give was the serial number due to deleting the email that contained it.
His ticket number is: 130627-003913
If someone could have another look into this it would be much appreciated as it has been close to a week and he cannot even login to his GW1 account which is linked to his GW2 account.

I can confirm this bug is still in the game. Just collected my Jugs from the three Molten NPCs and they don’t stack with the rest of the Jugs I have collected from doing the Daily.
There were some events that we could not extend past Phase 1, unfortunately. Extending all events in Phase 1 would have been a much more extensive fix, requiring much more time to thoroughly regress. Given the time sensitive nature of the event, we extended what portions we were able to effectively.
Our developers are reading all of your feedback and are taking all the critiques on board.
We apologize that this means that folks are not able to complete the Miyani chain.
I was hoping to get the last item from the Largos guy, who was bugged since the event started…oh well
Just wondering if we are going to have another Festival Hat Maker NPC like we did in GW1 for the Festival and Black Lion Town Hats/Clothes for a small fee.
Right now the only way to reacquire the Black Lion Clothes is to purchase them again. Also the only way to reacquire the Festival Event Hats seems to be to do the relevant party again the next year.

Vials of Rosa’s Dye [Pink] can only be purchased from Rosa Salvitas during Pink Day in LA (cost: 100Gold). They are identical to the foe-dropped Vials of Dye [Pink] with the following exceptions:
Their description reads “A special blend created to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This item is not sellable or tradable.”
They can be sold to merchants for 50Gold (at any time), but cannot be traded to other players or dye traders.
