Do you even know how many initiative it cost right now? In case you don’t, it cost 6 initiative, thief w/o trickery has 12 in total. 6 initiative is way to much since it doesn’t do dmg.
Ppl cant stop blameing thief for everything, if you lose, you lose because you didnt have thief in ur team, in other hand when you got one in ur team you lose because of him. Btw any class would kill you when ur skills are on cooldown, and when thief unload his burst he can’t run away(not enough initiative), if you rly have 10k h on thief you would know how to counter it, condi of glass doesnt mather, i love when they waste Steal for nothing, after that yeah most of them will run away. Shadow step cd is fine, could be lil lower, but it’s ok.
You made me laugh for a while, when you said that most squishyer class in whole game is good for beginners. Good tip for all who just started to play this game. Can’t wait to see their response after a while.
This is nonsense, any1 who rly play thief know that deadeye is not good for pvp at all. Only thing that thief is good at is mobility, wipe mobility and you can erese thief as a class in gw 2. Play as a thief for sometime and than come back here to complain against any class, i know that thief is rly pain in the… for those who are new in pvp or wvw, but once you learn to play against them you will be able to kill 85% of them. Let’s be honest as a new player you wont have a chance against those who play pvp or wvw for few year’s, but you won’t see any1 crying about rifle warrior when they one shot them, or when mesmer burst them down in less than a sec or when guard burn you to the ground, list goes on… Like i said before learn first than talk, and know that sometime’s no mather how good you think you are, there will be ppl who will wipe floor with any class they play. And btw if thief is that good as you are saying no1 would ask thief to switch class in pvp, why ppl do that? Coz 85% of them sux.

Have you ever played a pvp and go above 500 , do you know what that even mean’s?Pls next time before you write comment at least have some knowledge about the topic.We both reach 500 in same time , so game give us first 4 sec than 8 and at the end 12 sec to finish a match and to deside who is winner of the match.At the end of the every match game tell’s you who won the match , in this case game tell’s us Red is a winner.After that we lose point’s and got dishonor + we lose 13 point’s.
Hi guy’s , i just won i a battle and lost 13 point’s + i got dishonor buff for 13 min.Btw neither me or any1 in my team relog or anything like that , it was close fight 500-500 at the end we won 512-507 and me and my whole team lost point’s and we go dishonor.Any got same problem?
Ranger is like thief if you are new player, other classes will kill you fast, when you learn how to play with it, it’s different story. Don’t expect to win every match, that’s impossible, those who claim that can kill anyone they just didn’t fight with right opponents. I’m useing 2 0 6 6 0 build in spvp with sb/sd or st/ad, this build is most effective for me it gives me great survability and dmg. For power based build’s I’m useing 0 6 2 6 0 or 0 0 2 6 6 sd/gs both build’s require skilled hand’s, it’s harder to play them than condition build, but at the end it gives great results for me. I’m not fan of lb build in spvp but with new update i think that will be posible.
If u ever want to change ur build and try something deferent but still every interesting to play with , try this build:
Dire weapon’s + set and apotechary accesory +back , instead of Sharpened Edges use Primal Reflexes for more evade’s.Shared Anguish have to long cd , so instead of that use Vigorous Reneval , also for more evade’s.A/T switch with S/D , for more mobility and survability.10 point’s in Marksmanship because of Keen Edge + 10% condi duration.For sigil’s : S/D Geomancy and Hydromancy , SB Geomancy and Agony , for Rune’s :Undead or Traveler depend’s on how much money u have.I also wouldnt use 3 trap’s , i would change Viper’s Nest with Signet of the Wild.
Btw ur build is good , but this build will give u something that ur build doesnt have , better survability and u will be able to do 1vs2 1vs3 1vsX when u know how to play with it.
I love ranger gameplay, i always played as a ranger. Seem’s like warrior should be my choise, since they use bow more than ranger does. Almost everything about ranger class Is wrong, should i play ranger class with mele weapon’s? I dont think so! I never wanted to play any other class, but how much i can see, we also have worst skill tree, im so disapointed and i dont have any other choise , i dont want to play any other class. There Is something that hurt me the most, i cant group up with other ppl, no1 want me In their pt when they see that im ranger, doesnt mather how good am i or my item’s answer Is always the same. I dont know what you guys are doing, but i start to grind alone, im not sure that i will be able to do that for long time.
Hi there , i got qustion for all of you.Most of you dont pay atention on auction house , and dont calculate how much u will get for everything that u put in it , you just do that and wait for some1 to buy it.Last night i notice something , i bought around 1000 mat’s for 20 silver each , then i sold them all for 25 silver each , and guess what i didnt got nothing more then i had before i bought it.Thing is that auction house will take some money when u put something on it , but i think that right now auction house take’s much more then it should.Let’s say that for each mat’s that i bought auction house take 1 silver from me (btw it doesnt but let’s say that it does),i still got 4 silver’s left for me to make profit.At first i didnt pay atention , but when i sold all 1000 and i still had same amount of money , i notice that something is weird.
