Probably because EG is a Kit, so all the EG skills are considered as Kit. So the Elixir trait doesn’t affect it.

Problem still happens. Please advise.

As stated above, when I open the PVP game browser the arena list doesn’t appear and I got this message “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applicatoins, or connecting through a campus network”. Same thing happened when I tried to Solo/Team queue. I noticed this problem yesterday.

I am able to play PVE and WvW with no problem though. Please advise.

Try going near the dragon. This happened to me before too, so I ran towards the dragon until the new objective appeared.

As stated in the topic – when underwater, Engineers can only toss elixir(toolbelt skill) to others but not to himself. Self toss elixir is doable when on land. Please fix this.

Did you compare this with the same enemy? Enemy with higher toughness will get less damage.
