Loptimist.1832 guessing your an aussie like me. it is the 5th of nov for them i belive aus is a day ahead of them :P but ya anet is realy screwing the pooch on this patch they need to pull out the thumb and get to work on important stuff not stupid dye this game has no economy so i don know what the big deal about dye drop rate is. fix the god kitten personal story allready!! im sick of it

ya this topic will not die till the patch to fix said quest is fixed! why did they lock first thread?

theres no reasion not to add a quick patch befor next update if you have the fix bloody implement it allready it willt ake a hole of 5 (exagerateing) to put it live and every one only has a small down time to be honest anet shouldent be scared to take server down for a small window like 2 3 hours to do major fixs half of orr is broken aswell makeing it impossible to do arah but thats for a different topic fix the kitten hatchery allrdy screw waiting till november

seriosly this needs to be fixed earlyer then november im 55 allrdy and still cant do the kitten hatchery i have had to go to all 50-60 zones just to get to 55 lol personal story should come above halloween and i agree with other posts how hard is it to add the fix to a halloween update

waiting till november is unacceptable willing to wait 1 week no longer fix the kitten problem faster then november personal story should take priorty over seasion events such as halloween

customer support doesent exist iv been trying to find out how to verify my credit card with these ppl cozz iv been buying gems and now it says please verify my identity befor purchaseing more gems like wtf they dont even have a link on the msg were to go to verify they dont even have a contact us link on there website like …. so useless please make a better website other then that game is awesome but get a customer support going!

anet needs a phone number to call iv been trying to buy gems and i get card approvale failure please contact customer support to confirm identity befor purchaseing more gems sorry for poor spelling but srsly they have no customer support that i can find
