I’m a casual player. Rolled out from WOW 6 monthes ago. And for me GW2 sPvP is generally ok. Yes I agree 1vs1 duelling mode lacking is not good. But free 5vs5 tournaments are ok for me. The most important for me that the game allowing me to leave for a month or two and then get back and see all my spvp gear is here. GW2 is very friendly to casual people like me not forcing them like wow to earn the gear in weekly arenas and rating battlegrounds 10vs10. I’m not playing for top position in the leaderboard, I just playing spvp for fun when I want it and leave the game for large period of times when I do not what to play. This is very huge + of the GW2.

Ok, thank you for the answers. I just thought about the idea which can allow to workaround this issue. I have Razer Naga. This mouse allows to create several bindmaps. The idea is to assign to the same key weapon switch GW2 option and Razer Naga bindmap switch option. Then set up two bindmaps in Razer interface – each one for appropriate weapon. It looks like it may help! Will give it a try

Hi all!

I just started playing GW2. Still learning ). Very impressive game, liked it very much.
Have one quesion.
Tried to find it myself, but did not find any solution, probably someone could help.
Is there any way to shift a weapon skill back and forth so get nondefaults weapon skill bindnumber for different weapons.
Why do I need this. Playing a lot of other games I found it very convinient to have similar type (or machnic) skills on specific buttons. For example if I bound and AOE skill for weapon1 to key “3”, after I changed to another weapon2 if it also suggests an AOE skill I would like to see it on the key “3” as well.
I see it is can be easily done for 6-10 skills, but all weapon skills looks hardcoded assigned numbers. Or there is a way to set up this?

Thanks!
