I think you totally have to see , whats going on in gw2 at the moment. it feels horrible to zerk everything down and just grind same content for months to get legendary. for example 10 man really? HARD-to-do dungeon or a “raid” with some rare skins or materials would be awesome improvement and it would refresh the game. Just something… we dont want temporary content… We need something that keeps us going back into the game… and please spare me of comments like “you have fractals, wvw…” etc… fractals are unrewarding, pointless grind and wvw is not a pve content. We need something really challenging that takes a time to practice and beat. And it doesnt mean creating a boss with infiniteuniverse number of health points and just turning whole fight into pure boring stuff.
I totally agree. Just 10 man dungeon with some rewarding new skins (similar to flame legion one) or something similar would be perfect. You just cant still wait till players will leave your game and then release info about expansion… people are getting tired of constant grinding etc.
Yes i see your pont, tho it would be nice to have a 10 man dungeon for example, where the bosses really require some progress runs etc.
And i agree, GW2 has a lot of content and world events can be considered as the raids.
I still think, it would be amazing to have even 10 man dungeons /(raids) ingame. I am not talking about challenge. Everything can count as a challenge solo.. tho, this game is mostly about players. And i would love to play atleast those 10 – 12 man dungeons where everyone has to do certain thing or its a group wipe
this is what i love about it.
Hello everyone! I totally love GW2 gameplay, world is amazing, living story was really fun, monthly events are very important part of keeping the game alive. Although GW2 has dungeons and wvwvw, only thing many people miss (including myself) are honestly : raids. There is really awesome combat system in GW2, people can create very nice balanced or dps focused builds. We dont need 20 or 40 man dungeons, but to be totally honest, running through same dungeons over and over again with 5 people turns into a stereotype really fast. Even 10 man dungeons or something similar to Urgoz warren or deep in GW1, would be an awesome refreshment and a reason for people to keep coming back and making progress on bosses etc. Boss fight ingame are having very interesting mechanics and i think it could be even more interesting in dungeon combat with 10 ppl, so everyone would have to do certain jobs in party. Raids in all games are all the same with trinity system. In GW2, they would be just so different and amazing. Please think about it in the future. Anyway, i really love the game, it is definitely my favourite game so far thank you for making it better and better. Thank you and cheers.

Youre right, ill forgot spy kits. thank you , will try it, hopefully it will help.
I like challenges. I like hard fights, i like fights about tactics. Nevertheless, i have to say : "Anet. Please… FIX sparks in path 4… " . Its very annoying when you cannot cast elemental, or minions, because sparks are just attacking them and you just have to wait till pet or minion dies… even more fun is when you’re having ranger in your party. Then, sparks are attacking even dead pet. Or they are just following NPC. Or they are just stuck at random positions.
fights are fun, when you have to coordinate group. We had our group perfectly sorted, we had flawless stasis removal, but we basically burned on game bugs.
This, has nothing to do about group coordination, or group setup. You built a fight, which is pretty hard as it is. Tho, bugs, are making it pretty much impossible in many cases.
Thank you for sorting this out.
Ok after reading all of posts, i can finally make my own.
I totally agree with the meaning of dungeons = challenge.
but what i disagree with = frustration.
Basically all of the dungeons can be done quite easily because they were nerfed. But just imagine that weaker guildies would like to play Arah with you. We all know lupicus is just RNG fest. Of course, after you have done it a lot of times, its getting easier, still, it is rng that decides if you do it or not. It is kinda impossible to revive players while boss is always targeting downed ones. And since all of his attacks are aoe, this fight will be just a mess. As i said. I think 90% of dungeons are ok with the mechanics. And maybe this update will finally teach players the teamwork. On the other hand, if nothing happens to lupicus difficulty, arah becomes even more annoying dungeon than it is.
