Same here. About the bottom 2/3 of the screen flashing black. GT540M Can view things between the quick flashes, but unplayable. Video and window drivers up to date. Help

How about “Elder Scribe” title for current 400 scribes. Just a thought.

Agreed and you’re correct. Just basically kicking myself for getting excited and rushing through… Should have learned by now.

Wouldn’t it be nice to get a compensation of gems for every level you made? I probably went through 10k worth of gems, in resources and gold, just going from 300 – 400. Guess it won’t be so special to be a 400 scribe anymore. Disappointed.

Agreed. As soon as you (and everyone else that wants it) will compensate Anet on everything that was cheaper when you bought it than it is now (and any time this will happen in the future). Fair is fair, after all.

And more seriously – you knew that rushing scribe now would result in much greater cost, due to increased demand for crafting mats (and still relatively low supply). A year from now the prices would have gone down anyway.
You knew, that Anet likes to introduce economy balancing that changes the prices of materials on TP both up and down, which may result in scribing becoming much cheaper sometimes in the future. Why them addressing the matter directly is suddenly treated any different?

What, don’t tell me that if anet decided that scribing is too cheap and increased requirements across the board, you’d have volunteered to pay up the difference.
