Rangers should get no stealth at all, its the thiefs main feature and should stay so..

What comes next ? Warriors getting stealth too? This is ridiculous
Hunters Shot could have been improved with somethign different than stealth alot more
Usable every 12 seconds, meaning beasically they can use every 9 seconds stealth now.
With the trait that reduces bow skilk recharges by 20%, the cooldown gets to 9,6 seconds leading to stealth every basically 6 seconds !! and that from ranged position !!
A thief instead always has to be in melee combat for situational stealth via weapon skills, except by using utility skills.

Thiefs should be the most superior stealth class and this change imo takes away massively their superiorness about this skill mechanics.

This is how Hunters Shot should work:

Damage: 200
Range: 1500 (1800 when traited)
Combo Finisher
The next 3 Pet Attacks deal 50% more Damage on the target that got hit by Hunters Shot and those attacks deal each to the target 1 Stack of Torment for 10 seconds.
If this Attack hits a Target, that suffers on torment, then your attack will have 10% higher Crit Chance and your pet gains Swiftness for 10 seconds
You can add a maximum of 10% Damage, if you hold down the Skill Button for up to 3 seconds, before firing the shot
Recharge: 15 seconds

You math on the stealth CD is just awful

Let me just give me a real life example.
We decide to go spelunking one day, and hit diamonds! I shoot you because I want the diamonds for myself.
Tell me now, can you pick up the diamonds? or not?

Next class will probably be a heavy armour class to balance out the rest.
Currently:
2 Heavy
3 Medium
3 Light

idk i agree ( i would LOVE to see a monk) i think they will make a like dark/evil heavy armour class because there is necro and theif and they r both bad

I’m just going to assume you haven’t played either of em cause they aren’t bad.

Even if it were hard, they could find a way if they tried because this limit ****’s some people over such as me, who run condition builds.

One thing that has always frustrated me about the game is the bleeding can only stack to 25. This is a perfect number for regular PvE because its hard to get to. On the other hand, If you’re playing in dungeons, not so much. I like to play with this one friend who loves to stack all 25 bleeds on a boss and leaves me basically doing no damage whatsoever. There Are 2 clear ways I can think of that you could fix this problem.

1. Increase the amount of bleed stacks that can be placed on dungeon bosses.

2. make whoevers bleeds do more damage take dominance.

I feel that the best way Anet could fix this would be to make the kick system timed. If someone wanted to kick someone, it would initiate a kick timer that would last about one and a half minutes. In this time period, the party members would get to vote, to kick or to not kick. After all the votes would be tallied up, if the votes were tied, or under the majority to kick the player, the player would stay, but if the majority of votes were to kick the player, they would be kicked.
With this type of system, It would get rid of the problem of being kicked instantly, and other players being able to do something about it. you would also have time to take a screen shot.
Recently (about 3 hours ago) me and a friend were running a CoF path one with 3 other people. 2 of them must have been friends or something and the other 1 was alone. We were on the final boss and he was at about 20%. my friend was suddenly kicked and replaced by a level 60. We had no idea what happened until we kicked the level 60 and invited my friend back. They tried to kick him again, but we found out who the 2 people were and kicked them both. It made me really angry that our entire run could have been ruined by two morons. They didn’t get their rewards and didn’t deserve them, but that’s not the point. the point is if there was a timed system, none of this would have happened because we would have been able to stop my friend from being kicked.
