Every class has something special they are known for (RIP Rev, I feel your pain too.) Necro has been synonymous with noob since day one in PVE. For the first couple of years every party had the same mantra “no necro.” Did I want to be the underdog and all the hassle that goes with it? No, I wanted to play the class that made me decide to play this game in the first place. Necro had amazing flavor… at least on the website.

This was fine back before FOTM and raids when we only had dungeons and open world. It is inexcusable for any class not to be viable in end game (raids.) This is the first mmo I have played where the company has classes that do not have at least one slot open to them in a party larger than five. It has left me with the impression that ANET wanted to have something for everyone without really following this idea through. Why not just have four classes that work instead of including ones that do not? It seems like a major design flaw that classes are available that just aren’t good enough for the content provided regardless of player skill.

Mes got their buffs nerfed? There was immediate talk of bringing two mes instead. I do not know if this would work in raid, but it offers insight into how the important classes are viewed.

I don’t care if we have jagged horrors, but ANET please pick a gimmick for necromancer as other classes have theirs. Condi damage? We are necromancers… we should be the best at cursing others. No? Fine. Minions then? We are the only one who has this ability. Make our damage rely heavily on our minions. No? Okay… make us vicious sadists who are just delusional and THINK we have powerful magic. No power build? Okay… HEALS?! Think about that… Necro heals??? Really? Do we have to go there?

Give all classes the ability to play the end game content or be honest and remove the classes that are not supported, but don’t perpetuate the lie that you have as much variety as you pretend to do.

Bravo, I could not have said it better myself. I haven’t posted in three years and only disappointment brought me to the forums. Necro was the class that sold me the game, that gave me a useful spot in wvw when I was still interested and had a solid spot in raid teams. Since I am only interested in raiding now apart from dailies I wonder how much attention Anet pays to meta mindset that exists there. Let’s hope they pay attention to the suggestions of the above post, cause i feel bitter.

I have had precisely the same problem for 22 hours and only received a notification that I would receive a response when new information is available. The money has been deducted from the bank account also.

Your terminology is a little bit off. You are referring to server events that involve the community at the highest level. A social event strategy championed highly by Abbadons Mouth and now emulated by the other two servers.

New WvW mini game on Gandara, how close can you get to garrison NE outer, current record seems to be 5ft but with training and dedication we reckon one superhuman Gandaran may get close enough to start repairing.

Wamgor, don’t know why you keep calling it a fight when it was just 30 12 200 52 Gandarans haphazardly running around placing siege against a T3 wall that was at 80% while you sat inside. Yeah, I know the wall went down eventually but by then I was busy defending your keep against FSP. Do I really have to excuse myself for not wanting to stand watch while a T3 wall drops? With the same situation during prime time the fight would be elsewhere on the map, not sure what makes night operations so different.

When did TUP become such a qq guild? No one was there to make a last stand when a few of us came back to finish Redlake, should I be voicing my frustration?

Thanks to the AG who just now delivered us Ascension Bay and left their golem inside. Had 7 52 players on our side, not sure if they were expecting PvP or just PvD. Anyways, things didn’t go according to plan for them.

I havent been able to log in much the past number of weeks but i am delighted to see that we have progressed to be a viable tier 3 server and i hope it will go further. Well done all and big shout out to our opponents Piken and Augory aswell.

Least exciting matchup so far for Dzag., Gandara and Aurora pulling out numbers that Dzag just cant hold.

Some n1 small fights but mainly big Zerg Groups, especially from Aurora 22:00+. Cant really call this matchup interesting , just a pure Number Game but thats mainly how W3 works in Gw2. Well lets wait for the Servers to settle after the Free transfer has been stoped.

Nope no offense taken and from a Gandaran viewpoint i can understand your sentiments very well. Reason being that nobody likes to get pawned/farmed/trolled in any capacity anywhere. Of course numbers matter in w3 matter and even worse (or better) organised numbers of people. Gandara is after havin it’s backside handed to it for two consecutive weeks in T4. All that being said with all borderlands being full and waiting times reaching almost ten minutes or sometimes more it pays testament to the opposition faced from both opposing servers. Therefore kudos to both opposing servers for your perseverance against a server that was licking wounds and at least in my case out for blood. Keep up the pressure folks it’s the way to have fun.

Yes the skirmish was very good fun especially the too and fro between bluelake and bluewater capping the sentry between both sides in between several times and turning it into a bit of a traffic light. Both teams (although i was just puggin in the middle) dealing very well with guard respawns and keeping constant pressure. Pitty i didn’t frap it

If i owned a hat i would be most pleased to take it off in salute to AR right now….
