I know of one person in the instance I was in who missed looting the chest. Just before the Boss died he got hurled into the lava pit. Boss died, player was still dead in the Lava Pit and couldn’t get out, thus missed the chest. I felt extreemly bad for him. Also the chest seemed to be on a very short timer and dissappeared quickly.
Not only that, I did the whole event with my ranger, died just before the end, got rezed, and I could not loot the chest. It stayed closed for me. I hope you can imagine my despair and anger…
After playing the events for 3 hours I was unable to loot the chest. That was really disappointing. I made a ticket but I have no high hopes of a response.
I know it is just a game, but after spending 3 hours of my time (and a angry husband) I felt really let down.
