Yesterday, making a run in cof…i was with a party who almost wipe in seconds at last boss…was with my warrior fullzerk… We were alive in two, me and another who were in a downed state…so someone who got killed suggested to leave combat and regroup to remake it…i am stubborn. I hope the other ppl survive and i continue to dodge and hit and cure myself ignoring all the request to leave combat…fortunously the other ppl survive to the downed state, and run to ress all the 3 wich were killed meanwhile i keep the effigy occupied…results? I never die, he ress 3 ppl and we complete a dungeon. I feel immortal, considering i were in berserker armor against a champion alone and survive like 4,5 minutes xD

I will officially die for that. I was playing phantay star universe before guild wars 2, they have it from the start and it was a very very very beautiful add to the game. In quest you drop item to embellish it, it was a great part of that mmo… Maybe a very little istance you could place wherever you want in the world, with a free waypoint inside to teleport too, with golem banker, and maybe a tv or something with the possibility of opening the guild wars 2 forum inside of it to wrote on this forums… Anet will sell in the shopgem all the embellishment for it, because houses are a totally NOT IMPORTANT thing and if someone want it can pay for it. Maybe it will cost like a 100 gold, with implementation of material and recipe to create it…it just a fantasy but i will supremely love it.

Please if you don’t know what to do with money send a bit of em to me, i’m crafting my legendary and i need help… I appreciate. Tx

Hi, i’m ava and i am round in FAR SHIVERPEAKS EU farming mats and gold to my legendary. I have all char to 80 exc ranger and mesmer, master crafter and i do all kind of content in game, at least since i got bored to do it, then change. I decided to do twilight, because my principle pg, a NECRO, use 2 dagger and i don’t want to spend double time making 2 legs.

Sense of this post is: legendaries are a difficult and long term goal. I play alone most of the time or with people i find along the way, which means for me gathering the materials and gold is (maybe) more difficult than be in a guild or with friends. Got not so much time, (work…) only evening and saturday aft.
So i thought…since we are a bunch of people farming mats and mats for legs are so rare, why not to form a little alliance, exchanging us the mats we don’t need for te mats we need?

Assuming obviously you are people like me… Who have not a guild or in a small guild….

Example: i farm a charged loadstone, i need onyx, so someone other farm it and we exchange them…. So if i farm 3 ori ore, and i don’t need it, i can change it to one of you who give me 3 crystalline dust? Can work for you? I can create a little guild just for this purpouse, (not represent it if you have yours, just be in it) and use bank or mail.

It’s just an idea, but i bet 10 SERIOUS PEOPLE (not stealers, morons, non educate) working on this objective togheter can half the time of doing it alone.

What do you think? Yeah you can say: farm mats and buy them…ok… But in this way a feel more mmoway and guildwarsway…

Ok so… I guess is just not mine unluck…i don’t get why seriously though. I play games for fun, and i think people is well pushed to come an play when they are rewarded. It’s useless to add events and events and contents and stuff if one don’t get the material (like money) to buy them. I don’t expect to be rich,not i play to say" see i have a legendary, admire me". I can’t care less. Which people do a job if is not payed? The job can be various as you wish and world full of things, but if the work is not remunered well…there are so many works around…

Please remember one thing: i usually am one who don’t complain, and i am no troll or liar. Said this, i’m on my way for legendary. But as you know, these kind of things require many gold and sacrifice. That’s ok. I know. And grind. But i swear and athat’s why i ask help, i havn’t loot a single exotic from the start of the game. You read well. I don’t believe it myself too. I have 6 pg to 80, got map 100%, 3700 achievemnt point, and all i loot from corpse is blu and green, sometimes rares. From crate too huh, at max yellow. I think is not possible.

Yesterday i play in orr all afternoon with my friend, he drop 2 exo, me nothing. I only wanna know if it’s normal or my pg has some kind of bug. Ok i understand that you got to fight bot… But what i have to do to make money? Play with the trading post? Seriously? This is not an economy game, i want to play freely in game and have a atleast normal droprate.

In the beginning you said it was no grind game, legendary are grinding and i accept it. But not at this rate… Please can someone tell me just if i do something wrong or i don’t do something? Is normal? No exotic drop from the start of the game. Please believe me, i am serious. I try mf, i try to switch pg, change things to do, change tactics…nothing.

Well there are some good commander indeed. Fact is, imho, commander shouldn’t be a “i’ve got gold so i’m a commander”, but “i’m distinguished myself in battle, i’ma. Commander”. Could ve been that after kill and conquered many enemies and fortresses, you get the elegibility, like a title or an achievement. Or something like that.

I agree on most you write, not with all….I just don’t sit back and say, "yeah, well, that’s the way it is” , i want them to improve it… at least i don’t find it NOW as an horrible experience mostly describe it, i like it, then if they make it better it’s ok for me.

Mmmm… you can see it above cursed shore, if you do the last story once at least, you’ll fight zhaitarn in the sky on a ship, after fight the 3 dragons servants before…if i didn’t saw wrong, that battle is in the sky meanwhile you walk around cs…but i can be wrong, correct if i am mistaken, and if so i’m sorry. Ok for the rest, but i have no problem if orr will be implemented better and much more accurate, i’m always positive about improvement^^ but i don’t say “he must be stupid so we can win”…. the story is all about the pact that encounter so many difficulty along all storyline, they are in evident inferiority during all the game, i bet they don’t want to controll orr, but to get close much possibile to zhaitarn, to kill it. Risen are thousand of millions, in my opinion they should get half tyria to defeat them all…event that moron of trehearne which is the supreme commander, is not a commander and discover the night before that in morning he should kill a dragon xdxdxd pact forces seems to me a bit undernumbered, and less powerful than forces, their attack and improve is little, they can only do what in orr they do. Remember one thing, we play mmo togheter, we are many ppl, but in story, you are the underdog of trehearne and you are alone with npcs…(Ok you can do mission with friend but story don’t recognize them)… So story is intended to make your story as a single player, not as a guild…. As like the mmo part of this game is only intended as merely as a play thing…. Is a single world, but played by many, that’s the most accurate i can go…so orr and other things are implemented in a way like if you were alone in the game, like if you were the only one with npcs, not as a world full of heroes….with a miriad of contraddiction,i admit.

Risen are intelligent? What i saw from story is that they follow orders, they can fight as well alone, but following order master give them… Maybe i don’t remember something, please refresh my memory, when do you see intelligent and brilliant risen in story, with a duty of their own?

Red falcon that can be a point, but then must be like all other maps… That is their characterization, and much important, if you learn to dodge and using skill that hide you or implement evade you can escape them most of the time. Many complain but less ppl who know how to play…. At lvl80….it is presumed all know the base mechanics of the game….

True, i want zhaitarn makes his move during night and get all tyria, then he win and kill us all. Guy you got the point in military strategy, but the game is studied upon us, and it’s a game that must be played. Plus we are not in guerrilla, that’s their territory also….i mean, consider the flow of time, the land is big, is almost like risen are there in every place , because in those place they “rise up”, from someone who die there…zhaitarn is fighting in the sky (you can see him during play in cursed shore) meanwhile pact forces try desperately to take the step to go near him, and risen that are near those try to take them back, and they did it because we are not help pact defend it…that’s why contested waypoint is… Don’t get what you suggest. Imho for me is a fair compromise in what it should be and what a game has to be…

They are not the zombie of the films ok, it was as an example to make you understand that the “grab you thing” works the same….but can’t it be that their goal or order is to stop you? Or attend to “kill everything” they seen move? Of course, in a part of orr there is nothing, so they has nothing to do, but the fact that every waypoint is contested means that zhaitarn give them order to get the pact camp, and they do it very well^^

Yeah, and maybe is the time to introduce npc who free and complete the map for us, and laserbeam that kill all enemy across map instantly. Geez, is a MMORPG!!! We must do things, according to party, if not where is the difficulty? It became another map lime the other and people start complain about" oh wow orr is boring and not difficult" XD

Design? Don’t think is a problem only about orr. Each zone in this game has almost the same enemies, a lack of variey is across all maps…Why you don’t complain about the fact that a grub or a worm is in every kind of map with a different name? Is the same, not a problem about orr only. Plus i am pleased that the fact that the risen try to grab you, and to slow you, and to harpoom you, YUP IS ANNOYNG but it is as it has to be in my pow, i can feel the hate in them, for me that i’m a living person.

You seen a war in a battlefield with no soldier, or 2 soldier? They are a million! And plus these are undead created by a dragon…

I don’t get why people complain about orr. It’s made extremely well. Is a land full of undead creture, of hate about living, a battlefield ever i conflict between the pact forces and zhaitarn. Try to imagine a war, in a battlefield (imagine a big war)you can just runaround pretending enemy didn’t see you, expecially if in this case they are zombies, or undead cretures, never seen a film about it? Zombie and undead try to catch, follow, and eat you and they didn’t stop unless they have are not die or unless you don’t cover very well. Is the place of the big dragon in tyria story, what do you expect, a healty walk? plus this is a mmorpg, everything in this game can be soloed, at least this place which got a background and reason to be, i’m happy to ask help, to make it. The only thing i don’t like is the respawn rate, but hey is thinked to be made by a party so case closed. What do you think about? I am mistaken? Oh, and a little ps: i just approach to made my 6 new char after 5 at 80, and make orr on all of them. Didn’t get all this much problems. A good player with a bit of malice can do almost everithing alone, if he pretend to solo.

The only thing i really hate and complain of this game, and i’m honest, is the lack of communication between arenanet and us. I mean, gm’s are only here to say yes or no, or maybe, or deleting post they don’t like…ok that’s fine, some nice info sometimes, but did you see a comment or a sign of life wher it needs to? There are tons of post with people who wanna know things crucial of an aspect of game ignored, totally. I don’t get if they don’t know too or they have been told not to answer by anet, both way it seem to me we are isolated and forced to suck what they want for us, not hearing us…i prefer instead that they talk more and discuss and then base their change on us who play, change something according to what most ppl wants or desire, or make a mix between this and their commercial needing. an Example?? We complain about the thousand of bugs, even in the most simple quest, tons of post on this, and then what? They implement fractals? Who ask for them? In the beginning they say it’s a no-grind game, and then people who don’t like grind came. Then they see we were less and then they implement grindy things, so people who play for no grind were being confused and quit. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT IMO, takes a path amd follow it, or maybe answer to the one who ask what path guild wars 2 really pursue? Let us know!… I REALLY LOVE THIS GAME, i play from beta, and don’t think to stop. But i ask them more communication (reddit and some vague response about gm’s for me isn’t enough), more listening to the people who gave them money on gem shop, or that buy their game. This is the best lack i see. More honesty and more straight-to-the-core response.

Yes i need the fine trasmutation stone, for lvl 80… I have 4 lvl80 wich i buy for them cultural armor and i can’t get stones, i know where to obtain them (map completion and so on) but it took me eons to dress up all my characters…i just ask…

Please can you put fine transmutation stone to be buyed with other methods than gem store? I want to change habit to my 5 characters but on my server 100 gems cost 2 gold….i alredy buy 5 piece of that for 10 eu, but i can’t spend 50 eu just tochange look…for example you can make them as a drop or buyed for skill point…ty for listen and to comment.

one can do as it please, if someone get it with all at right place, i envy him and i’m happy for him^^ i don’t give all fault to my pc, i suck too to jp, just my pc help me a bit to suck xd this was intended just for people like me that had problem, just to let em know that a part of it can be grafics that slow you or can cause you lag…Instead of lose an achievement and frustrate and complain, try this first…At least you can be as anyone who run at full graphics and has the same chances…that’s the sense of my post.

Then again i low graphics because in normal way my pc put lag on jump, not all of you should do it, that’s my case and if your pc is a great pc, well for you. I write it because some other people must have this issue. Like it or not, no problem for me.

I am ava and i had my home in far shiverpeaks eu. I always had problem on jp, always. I always maledicting me for not be able to complete it. Especially the clocktower, which i put 6 hours (yeah, 6) of work and i havn’t been able to get to to the end. I was frustrated, i managed to get all in this game, but not this. I wrote this just to let you know how bad i am. Then yesterday, i decide to do the wintersday. Armed with patience, i begin. Once, twice, thrice…until from evening it comes morning. I put 9 hours of my life on this and i cannot been able to get to present. I feel little and dumb. I found a group of people with me, one was a sylvari who has an incredible skill, everytime she begin she got to the end. And another guy a human, was like me but passing time e managed to get it, step by step. They encourage me and give me strength, but at 6am in the morning i quit and go to sleep. I love jp, programmers have done the greatest of work, i have till now the wallpaper of the clocktower on my desktop. Problem is mine, i have no such skill. BUT, i am aries, i am sturdy. In morning i decided to try, again with my asura and again i fail. Till someone, talking in chat, said" try to lower resolution on screen, it helps!". Then, i put all the specs of game to minimum, change to lowest resolution, disable tap to evade, and get the sensitivity of the mouse to maximum. MY WORLD HAS OPEN. I understand that many of my fail was due to the little impercettible lag that happen when i jump, to the point that before, i was getting only to the snowflakes, when i put changes, i come to present and to snowball. all get fluid, i can change visual in a sec, and run faster than ever. MAYBE I DISCOVER HOT WATER, maybe you all just know, but i want to write it so anyone like me who lose 12 hours of sleep and didn’t know can somehow manage. SO, i put kind of blue of miles davis on stereo, leave open mind and then, in 5 try i get it. You cannot understand my joy. THANK YOU ANET, this jp is beautiful,aestetically and practically, you did well also to make 3 paths, so one can use and put much effort on the one he find most confortable in, and people don’t ammass themselfs on the beginning like in the tower. Thank for make it difficult but not as the tower, so it’s challenging but possible for everibody (BELIEVE ME, IF I HAVE MADE IT ALL OF YOU CAN!!!)…and thanks also for let us see others when they do it, so we can understand what to do even in wait. Great work. Stop compleain about jp or programmers like i see in other post, i never did, even after 9 hours of my sleep lost. Fault was mine and of my pc, who not support high resolution completely. Use the hint i use, free mind, low resolution to minimum, listen to your favourite music, disable tap to evade, put sensitivity of mouse at max and keep try, you get it!!!

Ps: i never use mouse sensitivity, nor mouse. I made every jp in game only with asdw and space, i didn’t think that mouse help you it distract you from jump. BUT IS MY AND ONLY MY attitude you don’t have to if you find confortable with mouse looking.

Guys is quite simple, quit complain. If they didn’t listen to us, just let them know in some post that is not here, signed by players who agree and stop play. We make a post in some site, so they cannot delete it, and copy past it here. All players who want to sign it, and stop play unless things change. Is the only way to repay them for their missing of respect not listen to us, not respond to us, who bought game, who bought gems, who support them. Simple as that. World is full of mmo, and i don’t feel as a customer to be threated this way. This is not a flame post, not trolling or such. I love this game but i don’t like to be cheated. That’s the only eay to let them know they are wrong in this. Or if you don’t, stop complain and play the game as it is. There is no need to another who wrote " omg i notice too it was a nerf" after 15 pages, is like that.

Vabbi is a desolation. Yesterday i play and see 5 people during the whole day in such 10 place. I feel i’m like a survivor…and i can’t play arah dungeon because there are no much people to liberate. How sad.
