I have two asuras. My main, Kierr, and an ele that I’m still getting used to.
I loved the wraith mask so much that I kept it even at level 80 and got the ghastly scepter and dagger to match it.
I don’t use Epidemic because my entire focus is wells and I never thought it could spread those to enemies that were also hit by the well, but I never tried it.
My advice: Test it out. Apply the AoE condition, use epidemic, and then switch target to see if they now have double.
Otherwise, I think Epidemic is probably best used with other utility skills, rather than the attacks on your weapons. For instance, the Signet of Spite, when active, gives one target bleeds, blind, cripple, poison, vulnerability, and weakness. If you use Epidemic immediately after, those conditions spread to nearby foes. Another way you could use it is with Spectral Grasp, which chills. If you used Epidemic, it could chill multiple enemies.
There are probably a lot of other ways to use it, too, but those are the ones that come to mind for me.
So, this is a pretty minor bug, I think, but the bridge to the Lion’s Gate Point of Interest is in a different place on the mini map from where it is in game. I’ve attached a screenshot to show what I mean.
I apologize if this is a repeat thread.
I don’t mind them being asymmetrical, but this is a very obvious difference. At least for my character. If it was in fact there from character creation, I’m surprised I missed it. Perhaps I was so happy to be playing the game at all that I overlooked it.
It would be nice to have confirmation from Anet on whether this was intentional or not, though.
I have pictures now. It seems to be the right ear of the character that is lower.
I think the rallying thing has been somewhat fixed? I may be wrong, but in the patch notes a few other professions’ skills that helped them rally were changed to not work when they kill something that doesn’t give experience. I don’t use the trait or do much pvp, so idk if it still needs fixing.
I do think it should be optional, though.
I’m currently having this problem as well. I noticed it before the update but I’m not sure when it started because I was wearing a headpiece that hid my ears for a while. I don’t have any pictures ATM because I’m posting from a phone, but I will try to post some later.
I agree with this completely, though the current armor isn’t bad and I have yet to see the weapons. Variety would be really nice and I hope they have it somewhere in their future plans.
In the bottom right corner of Gendarran Fields, there is an Asura researcher and his golem that you are supposed to protect while they gather supplies, but they don’t actually gather supplies, they just stand there.
I didn’t find a post about this, so I hope it isn’t a repeat.
I’m having trouble with this event, too. It says to kill the separatist saboteurs, but no separatist saboteurs spawn. There are just a bunch of marksmen and other separatists, so the event never ends.
I really like the unusual spelling you used, Biohazard. It fits really well for Asura.
My Asura is a necromancer and is named Kierr. I picked the name in beta with very little guidance on how to name an asura, but I still really liked it when the game came out, so I kept it.
My main is an Asura Necromancer named Kierr. Kier means dark and adding an r makes it fit the naming scheme.
My human’s name, Evelyn Verity, I chose because I liked how it sounded. I have no idea what it means.
I forget how I got my sylvari’s name, Lethais. I just know that it’s a misspelling of a gaelic or celtic name because the original was taken.
My norn is named Idony Gestsdottir. I forget what Idony means, but the Gests part of her last name means mystery man, unknown man, or stranger. I thought it was pretty fitting since she’s a mesmer.
My charr’s name is Rhetta Gearhorn because I couldn’t think of anything. I’ll probably remake her at some point when I figure out a better name.
