I have reset my fights with necros and other condi classes before. I feel bad about doing it to necro now =(. I mean, I’ll still totally do it but I just won’t /dance on their corpses any more.
Is this seen as cheesy? I get hate tells all the time from people. When a class spams stealth I simply gs5 the other way until their stealth runs out. When a class kites me with range i just obstruct their view. To me I’m just using terrain to my advantage. What are your thoughts?

After playing a guardian and a warrior to 80 I’ve decided to make a thief. ATM she is 66 and I’m enjoying my D/P setup and shortbow.
On my warrior I run shout heal with boon runes and can heal while I buff my team with 6 might stacks and fury for a long duration. (damage, survivability, boons)
On my guardian I mitigate damage with a hammer and aegis skills, mash f1 to apply burning to my team, and heal when I buff. (damage mitigation, survivability, boons)
On my thief I can mitigate damage with blind and Lotus Poison. I’d like to incorporate damage without sacrificing survivability. (damage, damage mitigation, survivability)
Here is my build at the moment, I’m not sure where to take it from here. The utility skills can be changed out and the trickery dropped completely if needed. I’m fond of the blinds from the pistol, the weakness from lotus poison and the initiative from Opportunist.

First off, I’d like to say a great big thank you to GM Untharin for his assistance with my Gem Store problem. He even saved my account from being blocked! (I was trying to dispute a payment based on the gem store woes, which would have ended up with my account being blocked.) Just letting all of you with account issues know that there is hope!

I have several friends that would like to TRY this game, but don’t want to spend 60 bucks doing so. What I’d like to do is purchase another account and loan it out to people that wanted to try the game; kinda like a free trial sort of deal. Keep in mind that this wouldn’t be to just real life friends, but those I’ve made in other games online.
Is this allowed, or is it considered account sharing?
Will there be a free trial in the future?
I’m just trying to do my part in spreading this game around like VD.

Hello all,
About a month ago I tried to convert 4000 gems to gold. The transaction did not go through due to the market having issues. I still had all of the gems and thought, “I’ll do it later.”
Fast forward to later, I am down 4000 gems. No gold to pick up from the market, none in my bank, none in any character bags and no mail with the purchased gold inside.
If you’re wondering why it has taken me a month to post this, its because I tried to go through the support ticket system. After beating around the bush with repeated emails saying “we found the problem, just hold on a little longer” I get this (names redacted) :
“Hello,
Thanks for contacting us!
I am very sorry to hear you’re having issues with the in-game currency exchange. We have received several reports of players having similar issues and we have forwarded all the appropriate information to our Quality Assurance Department. They will be trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible but I am afraid we currently do not have the ability to correct the issue and we are unable to reimburse you for the losses you’ve reported. I’m very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this causes you. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. If you have any other questions or concerns about this or any other issues, please let us know."
This is after support stated that it was a known issue on their end, and they were working on a fix.
This seems unfair to me, and I really want my money for this transaction back. It’s not as if I want to refund my beloved game, just this purchase (which I would use to buy more gems.) I bought 3 accounts in GW1 and all expansions with it. I also bought 3 accounts in GW2 and 8k gems.
Please help me resolve this, maybe point me in the right direction for a fix? Or just make me feel better about losing $50.
