please some updates on the Prologue situation its like not having access to the whole expension

any news on the stuck out of prologue bug ?

im stuck out of prologue

i have a problem when i log i get stuck in loading screen but i hear my toons move and when i hit skills i hear them cast the skills so its not a loading screen loading but more like the picture of the loading screen dosent let me see what it loaded sorry if im not making any sense

same here its getting annoying
