I’m struggling with similar issue for over 4 months, missing Dark Asuran Speargun in collection tab, every skin unlocked in the wardrobe. And SE is last collection I need to get my Dungeoneer collection done…

I’m struggling with similar issue for over 4 months, missing Dark Asuran Speargun in collection tab, every skin unlocked in the wardrobe. And SE is last collection I need to get my Dungeoneer collection done… Maybe if there are more people like us they’ll have to do something about this bug.

I wanted to finish my dungeon collections before HoT release. Currently I’m working on Sorrow’s Embrace Collector. I’ve received Dark Asuran Speargun from PvP reward track, the item is in my inventory, but the skin is not unlocked in Collection. I can’t unlock skin manually by right clicking, because it says that I have already unlocked this skin. I’ve tried buying one more speargun from dungeon token merchant, equipping it on one of my characters, but it didn’t help. I suppose that’s everything what I can do from my side. I hope this will be fixed soon, ‘cause there really isn’t much left for me in GW2 ( I have 13x lvl 80’s, 5x 100% map completion, 7 legendaries, 21k+ achievement points). I just need something to do while waiting for HoT

We have identified an issue with the World Completion achievement that have impacted a small number of players. Please review the following to see if this applies to you:

I earned the “Been There, Done That” achievement, but I did not receive my 2x Gift of Exploration.

There were two separate bugs that lead to this outcome. If you experienced this issue before Feb 18th at 23:00 UTC, then your achievement was awarded prematurely (that is, you had not actually fully earned the achievement) and you simply need to find your missing POIs, Vistas, Renown Hearts, or Skill Challenges in order to receive your Gifts of Exploration. The support team will not be able to send the gifts to you, because you technically haven’t earned them yet. If you experienced this issue after Feb 18th 23:00 UTC, then you cannot solve the issue on your own. Beginning on Feb 26th, the Customer Support Team will start automatically mailing out Gifts of Exploration once daily to anyone who experienced this bug within the preceding 24-hour period. After earning the gifts, if you do not see them in your in-game mail right away please wait 24 hours and check your mail again.

I already did that… this time I discovered LA poi before completing last map, and I received gifts. So this is 100% bug connected with these new poi in LA.

My friend finished 100% today (he discovered new poi in LA, then finished some other map cause i told him about this LA poi bug) and he received gifts. So it must be about new poi in LA. And it’s not our fault. We can’t do it on our own by revisiting maps, etc, what we ALREADY DID. So please, ANet IT IS a BUG and YOU have to FIX this.

I have the same issue. I revisited each map, wvw, chantry of secrets (few times), and still nothing. I’m just kittened off, the game was released 1.5 year ago and you can’t fix this bug. I’m working on my legendary staff and gift of exploration is last thing i needed. I hope you do something with this soon.

Yesterday I have completed W2Z1 Tribulation Mode, received my Storm Wizard Z-1 toknen but didn’t get achievement for completing W2Z1 Tribulation Mode. Anyone else have this problem?
