Gold sellers and spammers should decrease in numbers as the Support deals with larger problems.

What a bad situation.
Well the main fact they do not care or are ignoring all request does not surprise me.
Getting your account hacked and stolen is due to the players fault.
Your tickets could be disable for double posting and sending.
If you truly can not send or post on this forum then make a new support.
It does not matter if it is linked to the stolen account as they request Proof of Payment.

You must create a support ticket for them to look into this.
Many players have had their accounts hacked due to fault of their own.
(Using bots, Buying gold, Fake Support emails, Fake login Sites.)
Support will help you even though it IS your fault.
Many tickets and people are in the process of getting their account back.
It will take weeks to months in order to get it back fully.(As there are so many requests)
Even then you may have a keylogger that will repeatedly steal your friends account info.

Please get me back in already, please!!

Were you guys network hopping? I change computers on my own router/network many times per day. And this was never an issue.
I’m sorry to hear players are getting locked out of their accounts.

Again if your are waiting in “Days” Then your wasting your time.
This process may take weeks to months.
Depending on when you sent the ticket
Just keep track of that ticket and eventually they will answer.
Tickets like these are very important and are never overlooked, it is just about time.

Sorry for the misread. I understand now what your asking.
The GuildWars2 Support will not touch these problems for a long time.
As there are outstanding more important ones.
So this may never get a response from a Support Staff.
I hope you get what your looking for this is just a head’s up.

It is only stating that you can get a refund before the main release. This does not mean you are to late. So if you did not like the beta, you did not have to play the main game.
Although it states that, The Main release has been resleased and that info is now invalid.
Just follow the steps I have stated and you WILL get a REFUND.

Once selected you can not exchange it for anything else. The best you could do is sell it and buy something else.

Refunds are available, Make a support ticket they will request proof of purchase and refund will be sent to your payment source.

Sounds like your account has been hacked due to a fake site, email, or a keylogger on your computer.
You will need to get in contact with support and provide proof of purchase when requested.(Cd-keys, Last four digits of credit card, paypal etc.). Since you were hacked once lets be sure to get on the real support site ;P. Last thing you need is a fake support asking for credit card info.
After doing this which will take a very long time, they will default the email back to the original and reset the password.
If you do have a keylogger then this hacker will just change it again and again.
It is a custom for them to roll back the account to restore any deleted characters items and gold. If they fail to do this request it.

They do not have the option to verify an email at this time, it is not working.
Was this computer on a different router or network then the initial log in?
Because I can move freely from computer to computer on my network.

The other option is a reinstall. Perhaps there is a patch or something it skipped. Causing it to bug. Unlikely but it is worth a try.

Although you have confirmed it was what I stated. I strongly suggest you keep track of Unauthorized login’s and Things disappearing. Better safe then sorry.
I would even go as far as a password change. You should not risk $60 and all the stress getting your account back.

Again it sounds to me he was not hacked. It was most likely what I have stated before.
If a hacker wanted to steal his money to screw him over, They would have deleted his characters too. Along with stealing 100% of it not 2/3.
And for a hacker to keep track of an account with such little pay off, would be a waste of time.

The items will be sent to one character only, And glory and influence bonuses can only be used once. However when you create a new character the personal banker will renew on that character for 5 days. And you can bank your mini and access it from a different character, Along with the elite skill following new created characters.(Not sure if the elite follows existing characters as I did not have any made at the time.)

It is an account bound upgrade, How you obtained the game and account does not matter. When you purchase the Deluxe, Items will be sent by mail to your main(First Made, or Longest existent. ) Character.

Well in one of the low level areas noobs have complained about the cannon that shoots you to a vista point. If you talk to this npc at the wrong time he wants you to bet 50 silver. A mistaken noob unknowingly will think it is part of the cannon shoot, But it isn’t. (Even I almost fell for that one my first time)
Is it possible this was a thing you were doing at the time?

There is a potential for a keylogger depending on what sites or programs you have used.
Account hackings are mainly due to a keylogger inside a hack or bot or phishing site.(Not Saying you used one.) If a keylogger is the case changing password will not stop them. They will get the info time and time again. For those who do not know what a keylogger is. Its a program that records keystrokes when a certain window pops up, Such as the log in window. This will save your info to a Text File for them to access.
I suggest a Password change a long with you looking into what you have been doing.

Thank you both for your timely responses, It is Greatly appreciated.
Did not check my main character yet XD should do that now.
(Checked my main characters a long with my other 2. Still no mail.)
This could be due to me buying it twice as I wanted to get another 1k influence book.
I can farm gold faster then influence so i decided to try it.
I will cut my loses and say its a double purchase bug.(They should probably fix the ability to see or buy it twice if it is a bug.)
Anyone who has successfully Bought this twice and received items please state it so I know it is not a bug.

What nice GM’s WoW must have, They could have rolled your account back to take the money away. In my opinion it is not gold farmers/sellers. You only have a certain amount of gold you can send, and does not seem to reset only add more available sending money. So for them to waste their daily mailable gold to an account seems unreasonable. What the gold sellers do is connect the Farmer to the Buyer. And anyone who is farming is not going to send the money to an account with out assurance of payment. The gold Sellers give you a character name an account id to send the gold too. All of which i have been reporting as I say I am selling gold.
Just tell them you have 10g and they give you some ones name and account to report YAY.
If guildwars invested $2.50 they could ban some one for $60 everytime. With the potential of a repurchase. To me sounds like some free money

Sounds like to me you got ripped off. The game clearly says to buy it from their sources only. Buying it from a third party site is not allowed to begin with.
If it was a legit site they would have had you log in on an account before purchase and email you the info for your purchase along with the cd key. Dispute the purchase and buy it from a source of Guildwars2

Do not fear, There are ways to get your account back even with the email changed and password changed. They should contact you if you have submitted a ticked asking for proof of purchase. CD-Keys, Last digits of credit card, or paypal etc. This might take a while just be persistant and you will get it back.
If you find things missing or characters deleted after getting it back. They can roll back your account to the point before being hacked.
They Must fix the email verification to protect their customers. FIX IT

Yes it will alow access if they have your credentials, They have the potential to change your email and password. So i advise changing you password and email immediatly. The fact its from china tells me it is a gold farmer/seller trying to use your account to spam.
This info could have been obtain through phishing sites, emails and or a keylogger.

Hi, I purchased Deluxe by using 6g to convert to gems, spent 2k gems for deluxe and got nothing in the mail. I have relogged, Restarted. Got so frustrated just gave up and went to sleep hoping it would show up in a while. Still nothing……. It’s been over 8 hours and i do not have what I paid for….
Anyone else having this problem? how did you resolve it.
