Guild Wars 2

This map pretty much ruined WvW though! Nobody really plays the real WvW maps anymore because you can just grind on this map.

I think the reason why WvW is dead is because they added the Edge of Mists map. On my World, Kaineng, I always see people on that map and commanders, with battle going on. I had not played the game in a long while and I remember back in the day without this map, when I was a complete noob there were actual battles raging on the real maps that count toward your WvW score. Yeah you have a point, we need to do something about this. I also think that if this problem is going to be solved, Edge of the Mists has got to be removed because everybody just spends time there and not actually participating in an epic, strategic battle.

Mounts would KILL the purpose of using a waypoint!!!!! What else are they there for?

Simply put, I loved the idea of a genius, engineering type race. Not bashing anyone else here though. Oh and you get to go in a golem suit and shoot people when you reach level 30. I like to think a lot in general, so I picked them, and they make robots to go crush people. Whats not to like? haha.

Yeah I got one about account banning that ended up in my junk folder and did not click the links thinking it was suspicious as it was in my junk folder and normally ArenaNet emails do go to my inbox like Vlawde said. Just make sure it is in your inbox before looking at it!!!

I am a guild wars 2 noob! Anyway my question is this: I went to a weaponsmith on WVW and found a weird currency needed to obtain weapons, not karma, not glory, not your ordinary coins. Could someone explain this please? how do you get the currency and what is it called?

Sometime when I combat the black Jaguars in Metrica Province they will end up disappearing during combat and then reappear and later I finish them off. It is like " slash slash rawr" disappear for a few seconds “rawr slash” and then dead. Weird eh?

thanks akamon I am planning to go into normal PVP to get used to everything and do not worrry I am patient when it comes to getting better. I already do plan my attacks however, I just need to get better! and epic it is okay that you have not played thief do not worry about it!

hey phaseman, have you clicked the “m” key and looked at the map? its okay to be a noob I am one too! look for heart symbols to quest and try to focus on your main quest (the green bally starry thingy at the top right) and if you need to level up then go for the heart side quests.

I need some help in world vs. world. I understand everything but it is overwhelming especially if you die in battles against guards or griffin raptors. I wanna know how I can minimize deaths and get better at the game and it could be I am not using the right class. I am using thief with a sword as main hand and a pistol as offhand with a shortbow handy if needed. How can I minimize my deaths and try not to die in a battle with my team mates? Is it me that is messing up and thinking it is hard fighting computer guards and warriors etc.?
