I have experienced this also but it only happens if I add alt+num codes(™ ž ?…etc)
Sucks if you might have accidentally used Dusk to forge carrion tribal greatsword
Check your hero equipment screen “H” it is there

I want to know this too.. I lost 1 digit of my serial number when I copied it to notepad for backup.
I messaged support and asked them something about password system. I asked them why if I added alt+numeric keys to my password, I can’t access the game. I was concerned of my account since there are lots of people here who got hacked and I wanted to strengthen my password more.
But then happened is support blocked my account and stated in the error code, “we detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual…etc.” Wow.. Now I regret asking support for that question. Because of that question, I can’t play now. lol
Support asked about my serial number and my serial number has 1 missing digit ( might have accidentally deleted the 1 digit when I copied it to notepad ) which I already explained to them before when my account was wrongfully banned due to botting which I never did. I contacted the reseller if he still has a back up of my serial number and he said that he does not have it anymore.
I hope someone could help me here so I could play Gw2 now.

Possibly the hacker stole your browsers cookie. You need to be careful to the sites you visit especially gold seller/ guild wars 2 fansites. I recommend if you are using Firefox browser, download and install NoScript addon for additional security against cookie stealers.

i havent seen bot trains indeed…but i have seen something else
a player gathering a tree\node\herb then disappears, then appears near another to gather then disappears again and so on
I dunno if this is a bug, exploit, new hack or me becoming crazy…i’ve seen it more than once though.
I noticed this too.

Now, after 3 days, I received an email stating that my account has been restored but when I try to login my account, it still says "We have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual " . Something is very wrong with ArenaNet’s system
If someone in the support team is reading this, please make sure that my account has been restored since I can’t still access the game. thank you

OK, I just check ticket and realize that they changed “Suspended” to “Hacked”. WTf! Something is very wrong here

you could tolerate the bots? lol. I couldn’t. I hope they all get banned. And I know ArenaNet is trying hard to ban all of them but they should be careful and make sure that the character they are banning are real bots.. not actual players. I really don’t know how they have confused me of being a bot since I don’t move in patterns.. Anyways it has been 1 day and 12 hours since I made a ticket and still no answers..

Checked my Inbox this morning and my account has be re-instated. It was terminated on November 6. I submitted a ticket the same day and received an acknowledgement from GW2 Support. The following day I received an email from them requesting further information which I provided. Another email from Support followed telling me that my case had been escalated. Then this morning came the good news.
The system does work – it just takes a little time. Having worked on an IT Helpdesk where I only had to deal with 450 users I would say three days to process my ticket is good service judging by the number of tickets on this forum alone.
Thanks for the feedback.. I hope my account is next. I really really want to play GuildWars 2 now

Mine is over 24 hours now and whenever I try to login GW2 and see the “you are botting” announcement again makes me very frustrated again.. I hope my account will be the next one to be restored.

I’m very stressed and frustrated right now because when I logged in my account 9 hours ago, a message appears stating that I have been botting or using any 3rd party programs. None of these are true.. I already create a support ticket and explained everything I remember yesterday and posted some screenshots I made during my whole month of GuildWars 2.. I only have 1 account and I never ever use any bots, macros, 3rd party programs or whatsover. I hope ArenaNet will solve this problem quickly.
