I think the last two updates have been too much about loot-whoring and zerging masses of mobs.
We need more updates focusing on group and guild play. Dungeons and guild events – connected to the living story updates.
Maybe the two week release schedule is too much for getting quality updates out?
Expand the teams or consider increasing the time between content updates. Quality over quantity.

Arena Net needs to make money somehow, and cosmetic improvements and items is the perfect way to do this without upsetting game balance.
Hello,
I think it would be a very good idea to add extra hairstyles/beards/faces/body types to the gem store. I have discussed this with some friends of mine and we all think that would be a great idea.
It is something that is only cosmetic does not affect gameplay, so it would be a great addition to the gem store.
Maybe in conjunction with the makeover kits that were datamined earlier?
