another update.. after another turnong gw2 off and now on again placement for UI is on all sides not as in the image but frame rate works.
strange to see wtih UI placement how iw works and then dont work .. oh well
Hey I think I found solution.
After disabling ULPS (easy to find how to just search for disable ulps win)
everything works fine again. 60+ fps with said eyefinty
Also placement of UI works now as well???
I think it worked once before when I was playing with resolutions then it stoped working.. now it works perfectly !
Willsee how it goes but looking forward to see if disabling ulps works with others as well.
drivers are 13.8 beta
same here… just tried again..
crossfire 7970, eyefinity 6048×1080
crossfire off approx 40fps
crossfire on approx 20fps…
wtf…
btw it was better before wondering if new ati drivers did taht.. 13.8 beta.
everything else works fine, battlefield3 metro last light…
Same here, got HUGE performance drop after upgrade. Now I havent played in a while so not sure if it is due to patch in GW2 or drivers alone but
crossfire 7970 playing in eyefinity 6048×1080
+1
After last patch FPS dropped to non playable.
FIrst I tought something happened with crossfire.
Got 2x 7970 ghz edition playing in infinity 6048×1080.
From standard ~50-60fps somewhere even more it dropeed to like 10-15.
Even after disabling eyefinity still bad performance.
Also every other game works just fine.
Only differences made are latest ATI drivers 13.8 beta and last update for GW2 as well.
Any ideas?

All great but I;ve got something even better. Funny thing happened after a lot of problems with Mad King dungeon last night. Ofc I couldn’t get dungeon properly as well but after leaving dungeone camera stayed zoomed out like in the instance, and together with FOV fix it was looking great!
I wanna have this setting option in game as well
What do you guys think… any chance for this?
so basically it is target dummy time and test each one to see exactly how much benefit I;ve got from them
Looks like that choosing and / or removing traits that affects cond duration, like 20% bleed duration are not reflected in tool tips? Does they affect only real duration and are not shown or tool tip or my duration is already capped and can’t go any further and I’m wasting those traits on more duration?

“I’ve just run into this news:
http://www.wsgf.org/news/ncsoft-updates-nvidia-surround-support-guild-wars-2
Any chance that we will see something similar for Eyefinity as well?
Also are there any further plans for improving performance or everything is at it’s max?
Asking because I’m running in eyefinity 6048×1080 on 2x ati hd 7970 in crossfire, on an i7 OCat 4.4Ghz.
Just for comparison battle field 3 runs with everything at ultra without any problems while I’m getting big FPS hit when shaders are at high. Lowering shaders improves things quite a bit but I was kinda expecting to see fully smooth play at everything at max with this configuration. Also to add everything is running from 2 SSD drives in raid 0.”
Just got opinted to this thread so I’m copy pasting my post on other one hoping for some help here as well.
Tried deleting couple times no luck.
2x hd7970 crossfire

Display interface – normal

Just tried. Same thing, no luck. SO probably fixed for nvidia alone, for now at least

hey before this latest patch both of my 7970 worked at 100% with gw2 profile in catalyst and after patch they both sit at like 50%-60%
Could it be couse of patch?
As OppositeVector said… I managed to get game running pretty smooth on waaay slower comp than yours, old core2 duo 2.8Ghz and ati radeon 4850.
try turning off EVERYTHING in display settings and then see result, and then turning on one by one.
You comp should be more than enough to run decently.
