I’m in the same limbo and I have read of others who are in the same shoes. I really do hope we get some attention. Thanks for creating this post since we need some exposure to this problem. gw2 support tried to help me with different procedures (deleting gw2 cache) but it turned out to be hours of troubleshooting which did not fix the issue.

Hi!

I’m stuck in Story “Prologue: Rally to Maguuma”.
I have only this task checked and greyed out:
– Check in with Marjory and Kasmeer.
– Check in with Canach and Taimi.
– Gather at the rally point leading into the Maguuma jungle.

Completed with my brother and get the reward (I completed even two mission after, always with reward).
That’s a problem because I can’t unlock the masteries.

I tried:
- Quit this chapter. Continue this chapter. [NOTHING]
- going to different chapters and back again. [NOTHING]

please HELP US!!!
(because I’m not the only one stucked in this limbo)

Have you found a solution? I checked with support and they had me remove all history from computer and start game as fresh. still no good. They told me that eventually the developers would solve it, but I still have no verification that they even know about this issue. Same thing happened to me and I’m still stuck in prologue.

Preventing Advancement. Stuck in Story "Prologue: Rally to Maguuma (Check in with Marjory and Kasmeer). Went in with a party and completed (Enter the Pact staging area.) before checking in with Marjory and Kasmeer without realizing what I was doing then since my party member’s thing popped up.

Now there is no option or way for me to go back into that story instance.

Attempted:

Quit this chapter.
Continue this chapter.
going to different chapters and back to this one.
teleporting to friend (cannot teleport to a tutorial instance).

Any help would be appreciated. I’m just stuck

I’ve played this almost 20 times.. with at least 6 times successfully dodging all zerker attacks and at least twice without being hit by any of them. FOTM scales varied all the way to 50. Tried re-logging on second half with another toon after zerker was dead.

Sadly still reporting that that’s the only achievement I don’t have from FOTM.
