Same issue. i was actually able to create a character again just minutes ago and then deleted it because it was just to test if the creator works again. now it won’t work again..

I have been stuck in a pvp match for 3 days now and I’m sure I logged out of the game completely for more than 10 minutes.
would you please clear my account manually? pvp is all i want from this game

same problem here. people in a party can start a que for me which i cannot accept as soon as a match is found.
have this problem since the login-server issues of around 12 hours ago

this morning i quickly logged into my account to get the achievement rewards. i felt like the zephyr-shortbowskin would be the perfect skin for my thieves shortbow. after choosing the skin and receiving the rewards i realized that i was logged in on my ele. now why is the zephyr-weaponskin ( a reward for account achievements) soul- and not accountbound?! by that little mistake out of sleepiness and anticipation i ruined the whole thing for me.
pls let us be able to either refund it or to use it on another character.
