What is the point of having a forum i you communicate only through third party sites?

Back in normal zone. Get an error about the login server when trying to connect to the Edge.

Seems they disabled the login server now.

Didn’t get in. Killed client. Now i get a network error when trying to enter the normal zone i left my toon in.

Sometimes there is a delay before you can pick up items, maybe this is possible with gold too.
I’m having the same problem, i can’t sell anymore. But i could still pick up items i bought before.

I had a look in the bug forum. Apparently some people had the same issue 11 days ago.

Someone mentions that only EU accounts playing on NA servers have this problem. Could be…

It’s possible. I’m in EU playing on NA server and i have this problem.

Have you folks tried re-logging? A few people had this issue yesterday and it resolved itself.

I didn’t have this problem 11 days ago. I have it today. I logged out and back in but that didn’t help.

No i’m not on a trial account. I pre-ordered the game over a year ago and having been selling an buying without a problem until half an hour ago.

I bought this game more than a year ago! Pre-order from gw2 site.

Same problem here. I sold and bought stuff today. In the same gaming sessions i suddenly can’t sell anymore. I could still pick up a few purchased items. I’m getting the same ‘use the upgrade button’ message. I tried logging out and logging back in but that did not help.

I’ve managed to log in once. Dit the daily crafting on my alt. Tried switching characters. But then the game crashed.

i get error 42:1020:9001:4103
after several attemts i got into the character select screen, after clickin ‘play’ the button becomes grey but nothing else happens, after i while i got error 42:1020:9001:4103:101

Ranger is the easiest profession to complete the daily dodge. Equip a greatsword. The third skill in the autoattack chain has an evade built into it. Put pet on passive. Go to a low-level zone and bash on mobs with autoattack for about 10-20 min. Or you can use the greatsword for regular play (not the best DPS, but it’s still decent and it’s a lot of fun).

I play a ranger too. Whenever dodging is part of the dailies i equip my greatsword in stead of my shortbow, until the dodging daily is finished. This takes about 20 minutes of normal gameplay.

I don’t go go to a low-level zone for it. I can’t put my pet on passive, because to accomplish that i would have to push F3 all the time. I don’t attack specific mobs either.

I just start attacking the normal mobs i would have attacked anyway. Avoiding to much use of anything, but the autoattack. I don’t know which mobs give me ‘dodges’ this way. Maybe it’s some types of mobs, maybe it’s when i’ve aggroed several mobs togheter, … All i know is that dodging is done quickly this way.

Just be carefull not to attack veterans or huge amounts of mobs with your greatsword. A ranger is to squichy for that. Besides, its not necessary for the dodging daily.

I went to Diessa Plateau today. It’s the same thing there: refugees, sign posts, campfires. Didn’t notice any events though. I guess all we can do now is wait for the second part of the story. Somewhere they said that they will be adding things, spread out over one week.

1) find a dredge (or other) cannon and go to town. Really easy way to get dodges since they fire at a very predictable rate. other ground aoes like fire and traps are also good.

I find those fire breathing grubs(O_o) or drakes are the best to get your daily dodge, or any mob that puts up a red circle aoe.

I tried that with an ice elemental. I kept my bear next to me by clicking the F3 a lot. But almost all the red circles where around my bear. Even though i was standing next to my bear and dodged out of the circle, it didn’t count because the circle wasn’t around me. I then went to a dredge cannon. I let it shoot while keeping my bear next to me (with a lot of F3s). Most of the red circles where around my bear again. I had to stand there for several minutes, waiting for red circles around me. This is not normal gameplay, dailies should be achievable through normal play, not through stading there getting shot at without retaliating. I did this in wayfarer foothills, in a higher level zone i would probably get killed trying something like this.

How do you do this. Do you mean that the default attack counts as as dodge (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Power_Stab) even when there is nothing to dodge? Or do you have be lucky that the evade happens when there is something to dodge?

They have added two waypoints, one of them being in the straits of devastation. Visiting this one waypoint will not give you the reward, because you’ve already received it when completing the rest of the map.
