Guild Wars 2

I’m very upset about this. I really enjoy the game itself. I am the type of person who would drop $30 or more every month just on luxury items and gems… but now, with this kind of crappy support, I am thinking of just stopping altogether. I guess they think because they don’t charge a monthly fee, that they have our money already anyway…

I reported it to the BBB… for all the good that will do.

So, I bought Gems with Real $ and I redeemed those gems for gold to buy influence for my Guild. I clicked twice to purchase 2x 1000 influence. It did not work. I submitted a ticket and I got a response back that they can not do anything for me. These are the last two measages between us. Beware when spending your money, they can not do anything for you. All I wanted was my influence, the gold, or my money back…

Hello David,

We are aware of issues with Influence granting items not applying their influence to guilds when used while on an overflow server. Unfortunately, while we would like to replace your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items or characters in the manner that you are describing. We simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.

I first purchased $50 worth of gems, then traded some for gold. I went to a
guild promoter and purchased the 1000 influence two times; spending just
over 4 gold. It never went to my guilds influence. I am the one who started
the guild. I am on the same server I started on.

A few days ago, I purchased Gems and traded them for Gold, I purchased 1,000 influence 2x and did not recieve the influence. It deducted my Gold, and I got the on screen display and sound to indicate I had purchased it.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I already submitted to support, and I am just patiently waiting a reply besides the mass one they gave me.

Our Guild is new with 32 members. Our aim is to be a fun, no pressure hangout. We are not family, or adult oriented – everyone is free to be who they are.

We have a few upgrades, including – but not limited to: Politics lvl 2, Architecture level 2 is underway, Guild Armorer, Guild emblem, and a few others.

We need active, fun members to help us become great!
