I’ve started looking into this request, but using our game logs and records, I have not been able to determine exactly which one of your characters completed 100% of the World Map. Please reply and let me know the name of the character in question. After receiving your response, I’ll complete my investigation and get back to you as quickly as possible with more information.

I’ve reply this mail since March 3rd,
GM told my map haven’t completed and I reply mail with some photos to cofirm.
Then no response to me…

I’ve completed since 26th and still not got the GIFT now.
And no support reply my mail…
Just busy doing new update.
And not doing for this bug.
10 days ,who says the GIFT will mail from 26th ?
Even one GM think my map isn’t complete.
I reply the mail with the photo which can confirm my map is completed, and what ?
No more reply to me and still waiting from 2/28 to now.
And our GM didn’t do anything for players who is waiting the GIFT.
Oh, god. If you were in holiday, that was too long, OK?
