Alright, this has happened to me twice now! (Went and killed the Mouth, go to the entrance/exit point, get npc script, then… stuck.) Can we please get a response/fix? I know you guys are busy! Attaching a screen with the NPC dialogue/broken door.

I’m also having problems with lag and client losing connection that I hadn’t experienced before the patch. Both in FOTM and WvW.

This is exactly what everyone was saying last night. The Dolyak thing just sent the message home. We don’t like you folks. You come on the forums and brag, talk badly about our skills, tactics, and players. Then when we respond you act all indignant as if we are terrible for saying anything. You call us childish and deny any wrong-doing in the thread.

I’ve been away from the genre for too long, I forgot how hateful teenagers can be. I’ve posted in this WvW section maybe 4 times in the past 24 hours and I’ve seen more than my fill of ridicule, sweeping generalizations, whining, boasting, finger-pointing and every other form of trash. Yikes. You guys can keep this forum to yourselves, I’m out!

TC has had to deal with people from FA “whine endlessly on the forums” in every single match thread we’ve had. in every single match. except for the match against blackgate, where FA was nonexistent except for the final few hours. but the few times TC makes a complaint about anything, it’s treated like a capital crime. it’s extremely hypocritical to say the least. and it really only serves to lower the overall respect people have for FA.

the fact is, most people AREN’T surprised, or even really that mad. if anything, we’re disappointed. we thought that FA would show us their true colors that they go on about, but they’ve shown us more of the same.

the decision to attack you really had very little with the event itself. that was just the catalyst to spark the bonfire that FA had spent months building for itself. and, for the record, most of us were laughing and joking around the whole time. we weren’t mad. we just needed some incentive to stop holding back. once we had it, we rolled with it. all over anything FA held.

now, i’m sure we’ll have to continue to listen to the mountain of complaints and excuses that people from FA love to spew out. the continued insults that are really just an attempt to salvage damage egos. the conspiracy theories that would make even people wearing tinfoil hats stop and say “that’s pretty nuts” simply because people don’t understand how a three way fight works. while we watch an alarming number of FA players logout the instant they start taking any damage whatsoever, leaving their “buddies” to die. and, to be perfectly honest, it will only make us want to focus on FA even more. people react to how you present yourselves. on the forums and in the game FA has a lot of their own people doing everything they can to soil the server’s reputation.

so now, the kid gloves come off.

What’s this “bonfire” that we (FA) have been building for months? I’m dead serious. I’m completely confused by these really dramatic posts about the current state of affairs in our Tier.

HOPE, GODS, PTX, ULTD, KGB, etc, etc, etc.. lots of cool guilds and lots of cool people. Come join us!

Oh please! How often do you have that icon? Once a week for a half-hour? This is just silliness, please be realistic. If you’re trying to suggest that the numbers aren’t almost always in your favor, you’re off your rocker. Honestly, I don’t mind being outnumbered that much as I’m not a hardcore wvw’er and still have a great time just fighting other people with my guildmates. The fact that you guys have such an active group of players to work with is wonderful. I envy that. I just can’t stand to see FA being talked about as if we just got spanked with numbers on our side, during peak hours. It’s craziness!

So, I looked a bit back and see that a handful of FA ruined some event put together by a TC player. That’s expected, really, considering most players don’t read the forums and have no idea that people actually do that kind of thing. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous how some of you guys are stroking your egos over getting an already, always outnumbered server down to 0 points in the middle of the night for most of us. Especially considering the fact that you know we’re tough as nails when we actually have people online. Where are these mature people your server claims to be populated with? Tsk.

What’s with all the generalizations about FA? I’m in [HOPE] and we always fight honorably, tactfully, and never troll the forums. Who are you guys talkin’ about anyway?!

TC are wiping CDBL in the same way as well. Drama aside, this fiasco shows that TC is by far the stronger server, have the numbers to push hard 1v1 on 2 different borderlands at the same time against 2 T3 servers. Attribute it to numbers or tactics, but there certainly is a decent sized gap between TC and CD/FA/YB.

Numbers. And the gap is massive, not decent.

Do you all think it is safe to assume that eventually all of the different combinations of crafting skills will have a Legendary associated with them? Better yet… multiple weapons?! I’ve already done cooking on my Guardian, but I’m hesitant to start a second craft because I’m afraid I’ll lock myself out of a Legendary that I’d like to have in the future.

Absolutely agree. I don’t recognize half of what these people are talking about, but I’ll never forget the downfall of UO. We really experienced something special with that game.

I’ve been sitting here for probably 20 minutes thinking about how I’m going to tell my story of today’s event, and my subsequent failure to finish it through two tries. However, I just can’t find the words. Very disappointed in how this all went down. Wow.

The clock tower was amazing! After spending quite a bit of time practicing and practicing, when I finally reached the top I was ecstatic. I hadn’t felt reward like that in a game since my earliest years on Ultima Online. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the fun.

Got all the way to Zhaitan without incident, but then couldn’t kill the 3 Eyes to progress to attacking the actual dragon. Instead of dying when we drained their health bars, they’d replenish themselves to full instead. As a result, we didn’t get any prompts to use the cannons when we approached them. Talk about frustrating!

I’ve used Staff/GS almost exclusively and haven’t really had a huge problem with anything thus far. I’m level 73.
