I Just did the puzzle and the chest was empty.

121206-001670 I followed up on this today. This is in the proper queue for review.

Just to mention that another friend of me got banned the very same moment as the friend above, he opened a ticket 30min later from when the ticket above created and he got an answer in no more than 24hours (case resolved really quick and we thought that it would be the same).

To Gaile Gray and support team, just got my account back after 9 days thank you I specially would like to thank person who posted my ticked id from facebook to here. But to be fair and honest I would rate your support system 3/10 and that is being fair non biased rating from personal experience. you could change all of this and make this game prosper if you take my suggestion in count.

1) Please move this thread under support account in any of the tab. reason is simple that annoying authentication fraud detection system bans us we can post here even if we wait for like 12 days.

2) Gaile Gray please create a guild wars 2, facebook page for 3 day old ticket thread reason stated above and would make all our lives so much better.

3) I am sorry but please dont ignore the players we put in effort of updating on our ticket at least you could do same in give us reply and status update time to time, I understand your staff is busy but try to see from our point of view. When you simply stay silent we feel like no one cares for us, and we get frustrated.

4) Finally please get rid of that annoying auto baning system I.E fraud detection I am just ball parking this but I guessing 25% of your player base loss is because of that and slow response time.

You are so right. It’s the same post I would like to write too.
Gaile, I know that you will but please transfer our opinion to your supervisor.

Hello all.
Sometimes I find it difficult to locate my mouse pointer when there are a lot of things going on on background…
Anyone having the same problem?
Any suggestions? Can I change the pointer color? Am I blind????

It would be good if we could change the pointer in-game.

4 Days without answer!

I can’t buy gems. Always getting errors (no is not my card’s fault. I’ve bought gems before with the same cc with no problem.)

This happened the back friday weekend. I couldn’t buy the sales. I lost all of them because your team was unable to resolve the issues… thank you

Hello all!
Recently my account was released (banned for fraud payment) and support told me that I have to buy a new copy of the game to restore it.
I’m OK with that but I want to know If I buy it from official webstore (as soon as I am logged in with my released account) will the account be restored automaticaly or I will have to contact with support again?
Anyone having the same experience?
Anyone know the “steps”?

Anyone know why I get that error when I try to link my accounts?
“A server error has been encountered. Please wait a moment and try again.”
The account I try to link is recently restored from ban for fraud payment.
Support told me to buy new cdkew and reopen the account but I have already a new account and I get that error when I try to link them

Good news!
Support just told me that I can have my account back if I buy a new serial key.
That’s very good news for me and thank you.
Although I have already bought the game and registered an new account. My first try today to link the two accounts failed with the following error “A server error has been encountered. Please wait a moment and try again.”
But I will try again tommorow to see if anything changed.

This is only somewhat near ok news, not good news. And it’s terrible news if you have not even been refunded because of Anet’s own mistake…They literally asked me to just buy the game again without refunding my money, so I don’t see buying a new account as “great news”.

I manage to get a refund from my seller so nothing is wrong
