Guild Wars 2

So after talking to the gw2 staff for the last day or so they finally fixed it, it is a problem with the administrator thing on my pc, I had to make a guest account on my pc and run gw2 from there. I run windows 8 so I’m not sure if its an 8 thing or just a windows thing. the guest account doesn’t have administrator privileges. hope this helps anybody that might have the same problem.

I can play the game fine until I try to open the BLTC then the screen goes black, I window out and back and I can see the game again but If I click the mouse anywhere on the screen it goes black again. I have to ctrl alt delete to close the program. any suggestions beside just not using the BLTC ?

4310, (162 salvage) I would have more but I have never run a dungeon, I’ve pvp’d twice and I have done 4 jumping puzzles. I really need to start running dungeons.

I have an 80 warrior and ranger so I checked, put both in rare quality mf gear. my warrior has 1481 and the ranger has 1014. the warrior has 30 points in toughness and the ranger has 20, not sure why I put 20 in the ranger but I haven’t played him since September so…

Click buy gems and after i choose the amount and click my cc the screen goes black. do the ctrl,alt,del thing and try again, and again, and again. I do appreciate Anets obvious concern about my finances but could you fix this please? Please take my money.

I play Swtor and Wow and never have any of the disconnect problems that this game gives me, so how is the problem on my end when everything Except gw2 works fine?

I had the same issue as Randin. I went into my router and turned off the firewall and reset it, now it works, I have the firewall on my pc still up so I dont think this will be a problem ( I hope). it works fine now. my router is a Belkin btw.
