Hello, so heres what happened, i LOVE the support team because theyre so helpful but after receiving a response from the support team, i replied to them hours later then deleted the replies because i didint put them above the line, then made a NEW reply which was above the line, i technically replied to their email around 8-10 hours later, will they still reply to me? They responded to my support ticket in only 2-3 hours but now they havent replied to my reply in over 12, im very paranoid that they wont ever reply again PLEASE HELP, also my email is [Mod edit: removed personal information]

A few minutes ago I tried to purchase 1600 gems ($20.00) using credit card option. When I put in my credit card info, and click ‘confirm’, I get an error that says something like, ‘unexpected error’, but I couldn’t see the whole error because it immediately gets covered up with the gems selection screen. Anyone else having issues? Any fix for this?
