yes, yes it is. i’ll wait to see whats with the update next week. since i started this thread my client has crashed 3 more times, idk whats up. hopefully they have a fix in the next patch
WoW= Death by panda!
Face it, there will never be mounts in this game. Get over it.
and as gummy stated there are enemies in gw1 that ride into combat, a Dream Rider ghost dude rides a horse but that is only in the Underworld, and that is nowhere to be seen in gw2 as of yet.. Maybe when they add UW? and there are also Skeletons that ride horses, i haven’t seen any of those either. Thats all i can think of off hand. so yes there are enemies that ride into combat, that does not mean they will implement anything.
AMD has needed to kitten can alot of people
OMG why would they do that to a kitten?!
On a serious note, My laptop has an A6 APU + Radeon 6520G and i get around 20 FPS, My Desktop with a 955BE @ 3.8GHZ and 560Ti gets around 60, it always has even in beta. I know a lot of people have issues but im not one of them unless im playing on my laptop for obvious reasons.
I’m sorry that karma armor requires effort to obtain it… They require working for things for a reason. If it was easy to get everyone would have it.
I’ve got a Crucial M4 SSD, I would rather not risk screwing it up while performing a test. I didn’t have any other client crashes prior to the last patch. Most of the time its in a dungeon, or in a dragon event where there are a lot of animations. From what i can tell it’s totally random because most of the time my game is fine. 3 crashes in 50 days are pretty good imo.
from what i can tell my graphics are up to date, as well as system drivers
Hello,
I have not had any issues with the client crashing before now in the last 50 days. Since the last 3 days i have had the client crash 3 times while I’m inside a dungeon. I believe this is fro the latest patch but i’m not sure if it’s it. I’ve attached the only ArenaNet.log in my gw2 document folder. Maybe it’s because the game does not try to reconnect after a brief signal loss. Hope someone can help. To me its not a big deal because it doesn’t happen often enough for it to be an issue however, I’m probably not the only one with the problem. also here are the specs to my rig

capes might be legit since they were in GW1. However, mounts? i suppose if you want those you will have to go play wow. They have no place in GW, or no need for that matter, not with waypoints.
Talk = Bank or BLTC or any other important npc
Greet = Some random person
unless you’re an idiot you should be able to figure it out
they were going make a Skyrim-Styled Home Instance but then they took an…….
Naw, the dragon came down an killed everyone.
this probably sounds messed up but, for those getting hacked shouldnt have bought gold to begin with, or should have different passwords for everything. for me personally i report all gold sellers and bots. i am somewhat tired of reporting them. i know anet wants to know about such things but when you log in and report 5 people for trying to sell you gold in your mail it gets discouraging. i feel this game is going to become like Aion, filled with RTM bots and you only get 100 people for your block list, you should be able to have a high number, or, infinite amount of blocks that way you dont have to worry about it if they dont give a crap, gust give us more block space. Manyt times in Aion my legion mates told me to not report them because they dont do anything anyway. I hope GW2 dont become like Aion with all the Bots spamming chat
I’m not sure if this in the correct section, if not please move it.
I have a very unstable internet connection and i disconnect quite often. this is my rig,

From my experience in game this to me is what happens; While playing the game it will go good for a while and disconnect. granted im on wireless, when this happens i alt+tab out to see what my connection is. It appears that i have 3/5 bars at the time of disconnection. I dont think the game trys to re-connect back to the server, and, instead.. it boots you to the character screen. during the period of the initial disconnect, i can type in map chat and in guild chat, for around 3 minutes while the game thinks about what just happened. i dont think im truly disconnected if i can type in map chat, none of my skills do anything but i can still type to people.
Also, during some higher level storyline quests it decides to do a random disconnect as well, if you can make an option like in GW1 that will ask you if you want to continue where you left off rather than restarting the story mission again that would be better for people like me that have very shotty internet at times.
Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
mounts are not needed with the waypoint system thats implemented already. if you want mounts then go play wow
there is way too much QQ in this thread… you paid for all of this when you bought the game. give them time they will fix it. they always do. less QQ more pew pew. and if your armor is outdated just buy some white gear from an armorsmith
