I tried to buy 5 Karma boosters when they were on sale for 220 and it subtracted the karma but I did not receive the items. I do not have a full mailbox and I didn’t get an incident number.
I am able to buy items in the gem store, but i dont get my items after i bought them.
The item wasn’t in my mailbox after i purchased it.
