Meh, I’m playing an uplevel there. So poke all you want, I wasn’t exactly bringing my a-game.
You need your “a-game” to not die on walls? God help your server.
No more than you need a mass zerghoard with two omegas to take a keep with half your respective numbers… Oh wait, you didn’t take that keep. We kept it from you twice as I recall during my tenure online this morning. I logged after that, so no idea what went on after. I suspect you probably went back and figured even more golems, more numbers, or both would be sufficient for the task at hand. Seems a standard strategy amongst the T2 and above.
It’s pretty standard not to die on walls in T2 too. You may not be on our skill level, but you should try that.
Your dagger is most sharp, Guardian, and you twist it well. I like that.
I think what guardian is trying to say is “What are you accomplishing by autoing from the wall at 40 guys and is it worth exposing yourself to 40 people worth of aoes?”
He’s on his uplevel so he didn’t bring his a-game, he’s not supposed to accomplish anything. And when he dies, it’s a testament to the other server’s lack of skill, not his.

Think of these very, conservative numbers.
Let’s say 10sec bleed, 100 damage a tic. 40% makes that a 14 sec. Or 400 extra damage.
Let’s say you crit me for 2000 damage. Very, very easy for any class to do this. Let’s make crit damage food 40%. 2800 damage…
With that in mind, I can negate all of the extended duration or that bleed with 1 food. I also have 10 seconds to react to the damage of the bleed before the food increases the damage. I can heal or even remove the bleed.
I can’t do that with a direct crit. Sounds balanced to me right now.
Yes. Perplexity runes need toned down. That is the only problem with conditions right now.

Hi All,
I wanted to comment about the incident that happened recently in-game, surrounding some negative community interaction from a member of the ArenaNet staff.
Simply put a big mistake was made by one of our employees, for which he is both very upset and sorry. He allowed his personal feelings to affect his interactions in-game whilst representing ArenaNet, and this is absolutely unacceptable.
Like all players, we are human, and all have our opinions on the game. However these opinions should never disrupt other player’s enjoyment of the things they love. On top of this we have worked very hard to create a community that is respectful to one another, and for this behavior to have occurred while a developer is representing ArenaNet is doubly saddening.
We all cherish the opportunity to play with the community, and we absolutely rely on you all for in game feedback, and personally I hope that this incident does not hamper what has so far been an amazing relationship and opportunity for us all.
I would therefore like to sincerely apologize for this behavior on behalf of our staff member. We are taking steps to address the incident and for his part, he is very sorry for behaving in the manner in which he did.
Regarding Guild game play, please understand it is extremely important to us, and an area we are paying a great deal of attention to, so please do be patient with the developers who work tirelessly on making WvW the very best it can be, they have a great deal of respect for you all, and value your collaboration in pushing this pioneering mode forward. Also please note this member of staff is not on the WvW team.
Finally, World vs. World is a free-for-all battle. Our expectation of staff is that they should be playing, and enjoying the game like everyone else, and not being disruptive or disrespectful to others.
And in this spirit I hope we can move forward, and continue, what has up to this point, been a great community/developer relationship. One that I know our team massively values and loves.

Clearly thats what the WvW community was clamoring for! Meta Achievements! Not any of the below:
1) Income based on the amount of time we spend in WvW
2) Access to the best gear in the game (lol shorry you gotta go craft, but wait you are a WvW player, so enjoy your 1g/ 6 hours, and t4 mats out of bags, oh wait bags dont drop anymore)
3) Balancing away from AOE kitten kitten no skill play
4) The removal of terrible mechanics
5) A stress on actually fighting other players rather than hiding in towers with arrowcarts
6) GvG
7) More than 2 leagues
8) ONE THIRD the attention you pay to the Spvp crowd
9) Attainable WvW achievements (LOL 200 years to kill a billion yaks trololo)
Did I miss any? These are NOT new issues, only things your player base has BEGGED for for MONTHS now in some cases. Its really no surprise WvW is dying. You keep implementing what you THINK is a good idea instead of LISTENING to people that play this mode.

I dont usually call out guilds in the forums, but if I never see GH again it will be too soon. Zoomhacks and arrowcarts. How someone can find that fun I will never know. Why bother gearing/levelling toons if all you want to do is zoomhack with siege?
GH is open recruited pvx casual guild, of course they’re going to have cheaters and baddies, no need to generalize the whole guild

Anet doesn’t appear to care about WvW or the people that play it.
I think a damage increase to attacker siege is not a bad suggestion, and I nearly put it in as my suggestion list. The only thing about that is right now offensive siege is getting powerful enough at it is and I’m worried about it affecting the gameplay too much with ram mastery already making rams extremely dangerous. I was thinking that maybe it could do something more defensive for attackers similar to breakout events or the Iron Hide buff, but it all seems overpowered in my head and sounds tricky to balance. Perhaps if you could weaken enemy gates temporarily, instead of buff your own siege? Lock enemy supply in a keep for a short period of time maybe? Not sure.

Can I ask what level you were when you got this to work please?
I am trying to kill two birds with one stone unlocking the ranger tips and some norn personal story achievements, but as of yet I have been unable to unlock that hint using the above method.
Was wondering if it was because I am only level 6 and the hint doesn’t kick in until a higher level?
[EDIT] Got it to work! Think i was being a bit hasty hitting F4 when the pet health bar started regenerating. Have to wait for the hint to actually pop up, so hovered the cursor over the petswap icon and got the hint when it appeared. [/EDIT]

Maybe this was in the patch notes somewhere, but Invaders weapons (bought with 1 gold + 198 or 132 badges of honor) used to be mystic forge-able. I mystic forged many of these weapons in the past. Today I went to do this again and the weapons did not show up as able to be put in the forge. Can’t drag them either. The wiki says that they should be forge-able. Was this changed in a patch and I missed it? Or is this a bug?

Stop playing WvW until this kitten stops.
I want them to remove the stats you get from WvW levels too, the ones at the very end of the trees.
After the roll out of the Bloodlust buff, I decided to voice my opposition to this idea by refusing to play WvW until it is removed. We all know World vs World isn’t meant to be balance and we’re not trying to seek perfect balance. But fairness is something we can all appreciate. When the strong has gotten stronger and the weak is weaker. The game isn’t no longer about competition but abuse. The buff might not affect the Tier 1 and Tier 2 servers which have almost equal amount of players competing. But the rest of the servers will just get thrashed, forcing WvW players to further consolidate on the top servers. World vs World is my favorite part of Guild Wars II and I hate to see the direction it’s moving toward. The joy of 1vX, 1v1, or GvG is now ruined. The type of gameplay which is as much a part of World vs World. Therefore, to try and reverse the course of this recent update, I refuse to play and hope others join me so our message will be heard loud and clear.
