Think there will be any pattern dyes? I highly suggest that there will be.

I’m focusing on Condition and Power. What armor should I get? I know the vendors inside ORR sell the Whisper armor for 250+k Karma and that’s what I’m going for later. So, I need to know what I should go with atm? Is it worth to buy the Whisper Faction armor for 10G or should I just take some random gear to use before the ORR gear?

Is it intended that your allies during story quests aren’t reviving you? Because it doesn’t make sence that an ally wouldn’t revive you if you’re in a downed state…

If I see some of my allies are in a downed state, I try reviving them fast before they die. I’m not saying your allies are supposed to heal you during combat, but some tweaks would be appreciated regarding this topic. I don’t like watching your allies standing next to you as I am dying…

Yeah, I just saw “Players Helping Players” so I thought I post this here. ^^ But ok! I’m at 70k karma atm and I just want a decent armor to use as I collect the karma to buy the whispers armor from Orr.

I use dagger/dagger and pistol/pistol.

First dagger/dagger to stack bleed and condition, steal for might and 1 more initiative to use to stack 3 more blood. Then I swap to pistol/pistol to break the foe’s defense so my fiancee can finish off the foe with her elementalist and I can combo her attacks with putting burn on the foe. At least that is how I play Thief.

Ok, so I’m currently at level 73. I am soon 80 and I’ve been browsing the web for some ideas around my 80 armor. So I know the ‘Cultural’ armor is crap and waaaay to expensive so I thought I could go with the ‘Order Of Whispers’ faction armor which is cheap and kinda good BEFFORE heading in to Orr with my 260k karma i’m scramming together to buy the Whispering armor.

I’m focusing on condition and power. Is that a bad idea? That is what I’d like to know… At least I’d like to use power and condition with runes with Vitality and Toughness. I don’t know. What do you think? What do you use?

1) Still amazed how many graphic glitches there are out there. I believe you did a great job on the world of Tyria but there are several graphic glitches around every map that need immediate attention.
I’ve stumbled on several holes around the continents which I’ve fell into unintended and jumped in to with purpose which I could not get out of. (Talking about 50ft drops & just a small fox hole.)

2) Another common bug is the lava. I can still walk on lava on several areas around Tyria.

3) Several Events are stuck/frozen for some reason and I know it’s a common issue but I cannot help to feel it’s getting pretty boring; putting an effort in new events without the reward.

4) Invulnerable foes around Tyria as well. I’ve seen several posts here about that and I’ve stumbled on a lot of them too. Those are just annoying… Bosses invulnerable isn’t really fun during a bossfight, which enables them to run away and reset even though we’ve fought him for the last 10 minutes…

5) I don’t know if it’s intended but shouldn’t fire be fought with water? Several fire foes are immune to burning so it must mean they can be fought with water? At least I’ve seen no difference… If you know for a fact that fire can be fought with water, then right me if I’m wrong.

6) Skills. OK, so I’m very exhausted by the fact that I (by mistake) tap 2 times on a skill which make my thief jump forward 2 times, fall in a pit and die… Not very fun.
If I tap twice by mistake during the cool-down of that specific skill it shouldn’t do a multiple time until it has cooled down and I choose to use that skill again after the cool-down.. I think you get what I’m saying here.

7) Targeting system… Me and my fiancee are tired of the targeting system too. What I mean is that our characters keep targeting and attacking foes with no reason at all… Even without the auto-targeting option… I don’t know if you guys have noticed that as well or if it’s just us hallucinating?

I think this is all we got at the moment. It is still a great and beautiful game which we both love and enjoy playing together.

Anyone else got that when trying to sign in like…RIGHT NOW?

My fiancee is playing an elementalist and is also crafting a lot of buffs. She’d like to be able to switch weapons and add one more skillbar for her buffs instead of opening inventory all the time. But I’m sure another skillbar will be approved by Arenanet in the near future.

My thought on downscaling… Hmm… As many of you’ve mentioned, 2 minutes tops and then it would be boring…

But I do think they could slightly adjust the downscaling a little.. Like 2-3 more levels so I can get the feeling that I am a little stronger than they are, ‘cause in some occasions, they just wont die even though I’m 40 levels higher… Just my opinion though!

So:
“Downscaling is a good thing, but should be tweaked a little.”

I’ve waited for this game for 4 years, and I’m only level 42. Since I start at the lower level areas to complete entire continents 100% I feel like I’m doing the same thing over and over again. That’s why I wrote that GW2 feels a little like Just Cause 2.

However. This game is definitely unique and has a lot of cool (DYNAMIC) events evolving around you. But for one that just stick around for a little while to complete a heart real quick; things might get boring in the long shot. So far I’ve stumbled on pretty much alike events like; “Collect these Dwarven Artifacts for me” etc.

Most importantly; I hold no grudge against ArenaNet for this. Hell no! More like the opposite. This is a game that have held me for a longer period of time than any other MMO I’ve ever played. So I’m on my knees kissing their feet for this game.

Remember, this is just 1 our of millions of people’s opinion.

I feel GW2 is a little like Just Cause 2. A huge beautiful map with the same thing repeating over and over again. T_T

Just interested if you guys have heard anything which evolves around this topic?

1) Will there be one?
2) Can we do something to speed up the process if so?
3) How would players react to this feature from the original Guild Wars?

Well that’s a giant fail. This fail can’t be tolerated on a launched and shipped game. I hope they turn their attention to this immediately cause this is a simple rig-fix.

Found a few new holes but this time in Kessex Hills>Wizard’s Fiefs . The entire cliff-line is stuffed with this bad mountain building skills. You stumble on these holes when exploring the Vista before you realize how to get it.
