Guild Wars 2

This need to be fixed. It’s very not well done.
And since we paid 10$ for the Consortium harvesting sickle wich is 1/6 the whole cost of the game, it should work correctly.

Other people are dissatisfied.
This is a total nonsense.

The sickle should work faster than other sickle not slower. And we can’t break out of the animation so it’s impossible to dodge attacks.

Please fix this.

Probably not. They should fix it. We paid 10$ for the Consortium harvesting sickle.

I am having the exact same problems.
Yes we are beeing penalized by paying 10$
10$ is 1/6 the price of the whole game so the Sickle should really be better than any other sickle in the game.

It’s very frustrating and it doesn’t make sense at all.

I tried reporting a bug in the bug section but could not post for some reason.

If you’re like me, you hate all that gold selling spam. Good thing is that we can now report them and they are becoming less common.
But they’re still there meaning there must be coins to make.

We all know they are bad guys who hack, steal and loot all the booty but it’s way much worse.
There’s actualy black market for stolen accounts and credential for almost everything on the internet and theses guys are part of it.
Just an exemple is chineese prisoners forced to farm WoW gold :

People selling GW2 gold may work for criminals organisations, themselves, hackers or even for some foreing gov.

So please if you want to buy gold buy gems from ANet so they can use the money to make a better game and pay civilised peoples instead of criminals.

Awarding glory to player in the winning team would definitly be totally so simple :p
Why would you want to get higher glory rank anyway? It doesnt give any benefits only match you against higher ranks players.

Hi ArenaNet. First thanks a lot for Guild Wars 2. It’s a great game like Guild Wars 1 is.

I would like to request the feature to be able to watch sPvP tournaments (and WvW would be also totally awesome). This was ma favorite feature in the whole Guild Wars 1 game and I used to watch tournaments all the time. I am sure lots of people would enjoy to be able to watch tournies.

Of course I understand that watching tournaments can break the game if it’s live and other non-playing player use voice chat to help a team. Watching replays would be totally awesome, also for reviewing your own tournaments.

Please everyone that would like this feature let us know what you think.

Hi guys. I used to get the newsletter but then unsubscribe since I followed the twitter/facebook/blog. If I remember I unsubscribed on october 1 or 2. Then I started receiving the “Welcome to the world of Guild Wars” newsletter, twice and also got some other already received newsletter.
Each time I do the unregister process but it doesn’t work.
Can you check that out please?

This can’t work in non PvE scenarios. There’s a delay between the attack and the explosion. If you want to hit a target you need to aim in the direction it’s running not directly on the target.
There’s not way this can work.
It work underwater because the explosion happen in 3D in a sphere not a circle.

Gaxx.5430 this depend on youre play style. It’s the oposite for me. I always die with the Guardian but my Engi just kick but.

Greandes are very effective and underwater it just kill everything. I was able to hold the ruin on http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Raid_on_the_Capricorn in almost all game.

After reading in the forum I’ve found mostly complains on how people think this class is “broken”. I disagree and wanted to share a few tips to help out.

Shop for a gaming mouse
Pro gaming mouse will have custom configs build for gaming like programmable buttons and gives a big edge. For exemple : Programming the 1 key to the left/side button allow to attack with you thumb instead of the 1 key. It’s a lot faster and allow you do move/dodge while attacking. Also, any pro gaming mouse will response a lot better to your moves making you more effective.

Improve yourself instead of your character
sPvP is a great way to improve any skills. List the skills you need and go practice against other players. For instance lots of people think grenadres are broken. Meaby or meaby not. The fact is, if you aim better, then your grenades will do more damage.

Check Youtube vids from great players
Awesome player give tips on youtube. Find some and check them out. Most will answer your questions and post all their builds.

Use your head
This class it the most amazing in the game in terms of stuff you can do. You need to think of outside of the box. Some exemples of awesome stuff you can do :

Awesomeness #1 : Infinite swiftness
Using this Speed kits (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Speedy_Kits) with Med Kit (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Med_Kit) allow a 100% uptime swiftness. If you move correctly you can dodge almost any attack and kite when low on health.

Awesomeness #2 : Poison projectiles
Poison Grenades (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Poison_Grenade) create a combo field. Pistol & Rifles shoot projectiles combo finisher. So pop-out a grenade in front of you at the start of a fight and shoot through. It’s gonna add some people to your shots. Same apply for the Flamethrower napalm skill (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Napalm).
