I dont think speed mushroom is ever required, bounce mushroom is required like, once, for the fractals its like the first level mastery, do 2-3 dungeons paths and you’ll have it. Nothing stops you from enjoying the base game if HoT is too hard.
It is suposed to bring a bit more difficulty than the lolpress1 open world we had before.
And at first its hard but once you get used to it, HoT open world isnt so hard. Just take your time and try not to aggro the whole neighbor when you get into a fight
Hammer 3 and 4 got a new life in PvE with the break bar, you can destroy half a champion’s bar using only hammer, then destroy the other with 2 traps.
I do feel the symbol on AutoAttack is really clunky, it is good, its really good, but reaaaally clunky.
As for Hammer 5… it sucks in PvE. Most enemies don’t move a lot and enemies with stability can just move out of it without any damage to their breakbar. Long casttime, barely any damage on breakbar (only if you’re lucky) long cooldown. I guess this move is 100% balance for PvP
I thought the Exalted were made by druid, so it wouldnt really make sense lore-wise. But maybe I just listened wrong too!
It’d be really nice to have some lore on the Dragonhunters since Druids and Revenants got some lore
So there has been around 10 nerfs since HoT and 8 of them are aimed at Dragonhunters xD
I guess its nice to be the center of the attention?
Why would you include Angry Joe and his army? Are they known to love GW2?
In PvE I’m running Zerker with Dolyak runes. Trickets and weapons are still Carrion tho (my last build, I’m too poor to switch them)
With Longbow and Hammer I can destroy 3/4 of most breakbars without too much problem and I have a surprising high durability
Masteries are account bound, so all you have to do is do the Hero Challenges
Have you ever succeeded Auric Basin's Breach?

I’m wondering, a dozen members of my guild and me took the initiative to pretty much coordinate the whole event during peak hours and we only could get 2 of the Octovines down.
It is an extremely hard event that requires absolutely everyone to know what they’re doing. It is fun, really fun, but also doesn’t leave a lot of room for error!
And so I’m wondering, did any of you guys succeeded it? How did you guys did it?
Aegis is a boon and doesn’t have a cast time.
He’s probably talking about Shield of Courage
Its what separates good guardians from bad ones. The attack itself has so much beautiful potential. The blind, I believe, is a crutch they tossed out to give the worse players something to crutch on. It may not hit as hard as true shot, but firing it off, deflecting something like a mirror blade, hitting the mesmer AND tossing a blind out? Amazing. That, I believe, is how guardians are meant to be played, attacking and defending simultaneously
It’s not deflecting, just destroy projectiles, and become 100% stronger if you destroy a projectile (which is not much since the base damage is barely higher than the base attack)
I agree it can be pretty good on 1v1 if you’re incredibly observant and know all the animation, know exactly which move you want to destroy.
As for PvE, well, so many bosses have non-destroyable projectiles or just spawns their AoE at your feet without projectiles. I am guessing Raids are gonna be even worst about non-reflectible/destroyable projectile.
I’ve mostly been playing PvE and I’ve rarely seen myself using LB3, extremely situational. The blindness isn’t too bad but I feel like a hard CC would be nice instead, to better fit the new defiance bar.
I can’t speak with Scout Acan after gliding to him.
I can confirm it only blocks Projectile and it sucks
