if i had post a screenshot every time that deso or SFR bandwagon me, alone, i should have made a 100+ pages thread on that forum. Plz stop thinking that it’s all for you. we are just a WXP+Bag carrier for the others. Everybody zerg, it’s boring as hell, but it’s the simple result that a single target worth the same amount of WXP/loot, if he is killed by one or 100 … thanks AN for that awesome idea.

I am actually engaging you in the fight and I even took one of you out and downed a 2nd. So I am assuming you are telling a joke or trolling when you say that SFR are only no.1 because of numbers… we were no.1 when we were only an intermediate server and viz was full in January.

First, if you have a solo template, with solo gear, you can take out 1 or 2 guy before dying. most of the ppl that you have encoutered are goup based gear and template and can’t stand a duel.

SFR in junary wasn’t the same SFR than today and that time you get offseas renforcements. It’s exactly the same logical, but the renforcement came from the other side of the europe. don’t care about your personnal skill, you’ll find very good solo players on VS too (not me, i’m group friendly and dislike roaming solo). But you’ll have, if you wxant to be totaly honest, that our around 20 players on late night/early morning can’t stand your 50+ russians that just wake up because it’s 8am moscow time.

It’s not a complain, the game is like that and we did pretty well by the past, and this week was far to be ridiculous.

And more than anything, we know that we can beat you.

And again it’s a very easily counterable tactic with few necros and a lord correctly pulled.

Vz is a gmt+1 server; less than ten canadian on it. I played a lot at night that week (last stand event). We don’t have a night coverage by using different timezone but with ppl that works on evening and plays the rest of the night. they are bakers, hotel receptionist, some LAN administrator, all that kind of job that allow you to play at night/early morning (or simply unemployed/student). but nothing about foreigners, offsea players or thing like that. 99% french from France, with some belgian, swiss ect.

non-speaking french players are welcome, but they are less than 5 i think (not more than ten in anyway)

That guys do a great job but they are a few.

Because they play their match, they don’t wait for SFR to feed them with easy prey. Score is a thing, but the fight with Desolation are far more interesting that last days, they blob less, so we fight them with smaller scaled group.

it’s a thing that you didn’t understand yet, you see VS as a blob because you blob yourself, scout report us a number and we throw what is needed to fight, not less or more (well most of the time because unexpected encounter happen, if we are on the way to a SFR blob they can be zerged)

No lag, less culling. They win and loose, it’s not a matter of point of victory, just an evalutation of fight pleasure and quality. And i’m pretty sure they appreciate that kind of encounter as we do.

They are annoying for you as for us. We lost many keep that way too. i even saw a guy jumped trough the door at Bay earlier this week (from SFR) but he died before being able to open the portal (was mesmer).

anyone that do that don’t deserve to be called “gamer” and are not part of our communauty; I hope they will be punished. Any cheater from any server, are just a pain.

Jeez, you can’t say Deso is ridiculous, they plays maybe one of their best week. They even dominate some primetimes with such a few warriors.

Maybe you think they are ridiculous because, this week, they dont assist you and are not focusing VS.

They learned from their mistakes : helping SFR don’t give point.

I hope Deso will stay in T1 at least 2 or 3 more weeks, 1v1v1 is far more interesting.

You Knows Kenmei, ppl that post here are far to be representative of their server, myself included. Most of our servers mates (all of our server) just play for fun and really don’t care of who is in front or what tier we are. They play a lot if it’s fun and balanced, and leave to PvE if they get killed more often than expected.

Even SFR with his gathered PvP guild from all around the world have to deal with populations peaks.

VcY what are you talking about with your “better open field server” ? I wish to fight open field, but everytime that happen with a similar sized group, SFR guys ran away and jumped through the next keep door. Is that you call “an open field fight ?” Jeez.

unless that what you call fun is us staying like a lemon outside waiting for the SFR starcruiser to impact ? That is not a mark of bravery, just a lack of skill or a will to give a bag … you can’t ask for openfield fight and come with such massive gathering

Split and start to come with a 20-25 group instead of that 50+ blob and you’ll have open field fights. Most of the time, we are all (you as us) unable to do anything else than auto-attack because of lags. that never happened before you came to T1.

few minutes ago, one of our elem was on sunny hills door and when he activate one of his skill jumped through the door. that wasn’t on purpose and he stayed front of the inner door to be killed because we don’t want that our ennemy thinks that we use any kind of cheat. if someone saw him, it was only a bug. thank you for you understandement.

Mine too. But i don’t have any recipe to kill everyone on game, i prefer use skills and tricks and adapt to the situation.

Several report since the saturnday states that SFR are helping Desolation by cutting renforcement when they attack a keep/tower, even open doors and let Deso cap or cleanse tower/keep attacks for them. Can you clarifiy your position about it ? that happened enough often so it seems that we can now call you Seafarer’s Desolation.

It’s 3 factions RvR, so there’s no problem with that, if that takes 2 server to beat us, i’m fine with it, and pride about it. But it would be fair from you to just admit it.

My only wish is that march patch will be released in march. because actually there’s no more communication from Arena.

Everytime a new sever reach T1 they win the 1st matchup at least, there’s nothing new here. Good job SFR even if the matchup isn’t over, you never gave up. To be honest we was really suprised to be 1st most of the matchup or loosing with a so narrow score difference.

Alarm clocking, nighcapping, morning hammer, call for others timezone guilds … it’s just about motivation and willing to win. I will to win, we all will to win.
SFR gathered guilds form everywhere, double teamed with Désolation, all is fair.

This is war. Stop whining. a day, sooner or later, omeone, maybe SFr will take the #1, and so what ? who cares beside GW2 players ? Enjoy fights, play for fun (win is fun).

Zerg are boring, but it’s not VS who bring them to T1, we used to play in small warbands (10 to 20) … i don’t remember what’s the 1st server who used massive blobs, but i remember that takes us about 2 or 3 days to find a good way to manage them (mainly by doing massive blob as well :/ and trust me, i dislike it as well.)

I played that morning, that was a joke about the 40 golems, that was more 5 alphas and 2 omega with 40 ppl.

Now make that 620+ tick to Viz. I love you Viz those 15 alpha golems and 2 omegas looked so great against doors.

I liked them too. But that was more about 30 Alpha and 10 Omegas, i guess it’s a culling issue that you didn’t saw all of them.

I was in bay ER BL yesterday evening (7pm GMT+1) and it seems that at last, VS undestood that diner time is ou main weakness. that time we loose nearlly every T3 and mostly spawn tower and T3 keeps. Now VS guys don’t afk at same time so there’s allways enough defenders to keep ou beloved T3.

Zoomhackers are cheaters, but they are on every servers.
Last week i loosed a “trebuchet” (is that the english speeling ?) that was on P2 west garisson, i spend 5 minutes to find a way to hit that with an arrowcart without using a bug … no way. (that was a desolation guild front, don’t remember the name, there’s so many cheaters, i dont report them anymore)
Yesterday a solo arrowcarter cleaned every defences on our spawn tower in less than 3 minutes (was from Desolation again), i guess there’s no way to do that without a zoomhack, he was against the northen wall, can’t see anything from that with normal zoom.

but i agree that is boring. all i can say is that our guild and guilds from Grand Cross are not allowed to use cheat, spies or any kind of unfair way to win.

yeah, would be really good a T1 with Deso, VS and ER… since all is but fun to play against SFR.

@Jackie it’s a 24/7 pvp game, don’t care who win between 9pm and 10pm. Anyway it’s not exactly true to say “you win on primetime”, and you know it as well.

You are all seeking answers for a know fact, why are we in T1 still and, i hope, will stay for long ? don’t search about unemployed, afrikaans, canadians, merge or cheapest coffee market … the only truth is : because it’s OUR server.

Newcomers from [Fr] tagued server are (obviously) french. French gamers communauty isn’t that big, all guilds know each others.

I never took it seriously, it’s part of the game. I mean, servers are like coutries, we defend it with passion.

We, by we i mean “Metatrone”, respect our opponents, and VoTF as a major guild form SFR deserve respect as well.

Thanks for that apologies, we should have do somes as well, so let’s just forget all that and plays together, because it’s in the end, only a game.

No i’m not offcer for GC, only for my guild who is part of GC. And whatever, i think i didn’t complain about double team. I said that gave us the last medal we missed. In fact i see it more like an honor, since you admited by that way, that you aren’t able to beat us by you own and needed to use less fair ways to do.

I complained about ppl who “hate” Vizuniah without knowing anyone of us. I found it totaly stupid and narrow minded and i dislike ppl with narrow mind. Don’t care the reason why you “hate” VS, french server, #1 euro for a long time or god know what … you just can’t say “i hate that whole server” because ppl pressed that button at the begining.

No man, you might be from Iron or whatever guild, i don’t trust you at all. Yesterday we were on Etheron (Owned by SFR), Iron team came from the other side of the map, crossing 2 tower, 1 camp and the bandwagon of Seafarer’s Rest just to come and wipe us, afterwhat they jumped the wall on gone … Ok it’s the game, you play for points. But we are still here, still in T1 and whatever Sacrx can say (most of the time i didn’t even read his post, but for once …) Vizunah will fight still and ever.

You talk about Vizuniah who run “even” when they are more than you .. we are nearlly never “more than you” since we don’t have bandwagon guilds beside CDD and WL (and maybe one or 2 others). Most of the time it’s only culling that make difference, and culling is on your side. And from a Vizunian sight, SFR and Deso run as well … We deslike zerg no brain fight with no more skill tahn spaming “1 button” seeing anyone. If it’s what you call an “epic fight” i feel sorry for you.

Matchup isn’t over, not yet, and even at 3rd place this week, still in T1 and with even more willing to fight.

Well, and why exactly “SFR and Deso” (we can call them Seafarer’s Desolation , since they are now a single server) “hate” VS. I mean, you can hate someone that hurt you, insult you, show you no respect. don’t think there’s many of us that did such things. So why this “hate”, do we “hate” SFR or Deso ? no. Even Ruin didn’t had my hartred, i was sad for them, for the lack of wisdom and maturity of their speech. As i’m sad for people who come here and say “We hate Vizunah Square” … do you even know why ?

Don’t tell me about “cheaters”. We found cheaters on SFR as well, some reported, some from well know guilds (mostly speedhack, zoomhack and doors jumping). I guess, but never saw, there’s some on VS too, since they are everywhere but … Once again in Grand Cross, cheaters and spies are banned, no excuse, no mercy. Is it the same way on your alliance ?

So why that “hartred” ? We fought every weeks since the begining, we spent days, sleeping 3 hours per night for that and we will still fight.

As Troma said, it’s take as a kind of “honor” to be double focused like that. That mean that we reached the top, all our opponents gave up and, as they admited they can’t beat us on their own. It’s on the rules, tri faction system is that. The greatest award.

Vizunah don’t double teamed with Arborstone, few guilds from both alliance tryied to, but the “alliance” lasted 15 minutes and was broke, and that was only because of Ruin’s xenophobia and insults toward frenchs. not to keep a rank.

What is the point of that double team exactly ? you’ll not win nothing, you will not be able to say “we are the best”. Win a battle to loose the war. Fairplay, Good Game, Skills that words you using in nearlly every post and that you obviously dont know what they mean.

It’s our greatest victory, the last medal that missed to us : that take two “allied” flagship server, filled with servers jumpers guilds from all around the world, with a 24/7 coverage to beat us … woah !

@ajax you made me laugh most of that countries are on Africa, many of them at war or handle civilian riot, do you think they plays at MMOs ?), and even if we had guilds from africa (that is not the case) they are on the same timzone than us, more or less 2 hours. Canadians are on US ladder and don’t want to come. we have very few of them on french server. It’s my server, i know who’s on it, there’s only french, from France, Belgium and Swiss at 99%.

Whatever the score will be, you gave us the most important victory : We scared you that much that you need to double team. And that is the best proof of our deserved #1 euro rank.

I want to thanks all that people who spend days and nights to resist, pushing the limit, taking on their sleep time (like me … /yawn) to fight and keep our (deserved) rank !

One more week on T1 and maybe (probably ?) another on #1 Euro.
Not many, should have even dream about that 4 month ago, so keep going on, and be prepared, next matchup will be even more harder !

Matchup isn’t over, but it’s a great joy anyway to have came back from so far. I’m proud of what we’ve done.
SFR and BT are strongs opponent, guys, you didn’t fail, that is so close. it’s probably the best weekly matchup so far.

We get over it. We do nightcapping (EU time) and we do it without any US guild (since we are mostly all french, some belgian, some swiss and a very little few of a dozen of otherq countries, all european). Most of our nightcrew are ppl that works daily, alarmclockers, coffee junkies or just works on early morning / night and plays afterworks. Some are students or unemployed but you have somes too.

Vizunah strengh comes from the fact that we are a same nation, we all move a the whole and we stand up and fight together.

I respect my opponent (beside RUIN …), and i expect them to do the same. If we win (that is not done and over), we deserve it and you, as BT, should be #1 next week, it’s only on your hands. But never count on us to surrender easily, we will fight, again and again.

I don’t know Cheesepanda that well, but he use to be a respected leader and commander. I can’t imagine in any way such respected guy moving a week on another server, kipping his tag and name, and ruining our server effort by using that kind of “tactics”. We were confront on that kind of cheat when we fought against Far Shiverpeak, and trust me when i say, that is is it really a lame way to play … I’m not saying there’s no cheater on VS, but they are mostly solo guy and they are not more than on any other server. But most of ppl on Vizunah don’t use any cheat, we are just dedicated and passionate people, and most of all, we fight as a brotherhood. In every family, you have some black sheep, but i don’t, personaly, think that Cheespanda is one of them.

Don’t care that much who will win, we all won allready. My only wich is that we will have less bandwagon next week. I used to play on small party but with that 40+ SFR/BT teams who roam and run at every cross on the map, it’s no more possible.

SFR is a very good server that deserve to be in T1. I wish to thanks SRFJ guild, specially, for their faiplay, in and out of the game.

SFR is a strong server with 24 hours coverage, thanks to US guilds who settled on it.

That mean SFR will win that week, but is it still the “euro” ladder ? We need US guilds too. but as we have a “FR” tag, none will come. (and no, there’s no french canadians on servers, or at least they are very few).

But .. we are still here, the only server with a single timezone to be still on T1 and the only server who are on since nearly the begining.

I’m proud of my server mates. They will never give up.

with a name rendering of “all” enemies and and a pre-calculated shape as placeholder, your culling problem is no more … Look at others games and how they handled that issues (well i help you, look at a Rift, by exemple). When rendering is laguy, you have a kind of halo of light insteed of player. that’s all what we need.

I have solved the copyright problem so you can see this video, on the begining, you see how ppl appear front of me, and when i look back, they just passed by me and are on my ranged fellows … weeeeee
