I’m with you. My game constantly lags, freezes, and crashes. It’s come to the point where I also want to quit. I bought the game when it first came out and it had these problems, so I didn’t play for a few months in hope that the issue would be fixed, I have done EVERYTHING the FAQ says to do, If sent numerous crash reports, some detailed. I’ve updated all my drivers, etc. I have done every suggestion under the book. And I’m only assuming GW staff haven’t got back to me is because they have no idea in slightest what to do!

I’ve had my computer looked at and everything is fine. It’s Guild Wars 2 itself. Even crashed on my friends computer, and he’s got a bossy gaming comp. Only on my account though. Dunno what the deal is with that. -___________-

Yea I understand you. Really frustating. Mine issue is a little different, I had lag since the beginning but not so much, and mostly in jumping puzzles, things like that. Then the lag started to happen in every place, and now I get relieved if I have 5 minutes without lagging. On my friend’s computer(that is the same, with the difference that he has 6gb ram and I have 4), I never saw he lagging…He dont play anymore, but he never experienced such a thing.

Yes I already did. Pretty sure the prob is my i5, but what can I do, my computer is 2 years old and I live in Brazil, what means that the prices are 4x higher and new equipment takes 1 year to come here in a good price(compared to the launch price here). Anyways, here is my dxdiag

Ok, having the kittening lag for weeks, cant barely play, and cant believe I am going to say this, but almost quitting the game. I downloaded the process explorer, and my threads are like this. So different from the picture from the FAQ, seems that one core is being used too much. Dont even know if this makes sense, just looking for some help.

Same thing here…know how you are feeling. Nothing works. And what surprises me is that no one knows how to fix that, and I am pretty sure that if I complain about no responses from gms, etc, they will delete this post.

Same here. Its obviously that my geforce 220 is friggin outdated(here in Brazil everything costs 4x more than in US or EU), but it has nothing to do with graphics, cause I played it at max. graphs with no lag, and now even if I set it to the lowest, I still get like 4-12 fps. The lag started for me in november I guess, but it was very rare to happen. Now it happens everytime, at any place…I have a i5 3.2 ghz, windows 7 pro, 4gb ram. I just want to play the game, you know? I cant even play spvp or wvw anymore.

Yea, but the same happens to me and I play on the computer. And it happens to a lot of players too, specially since the last update(january 28). And setting graphs to the lowest dont solves it. And the fun fact is that alt+tabbing normally solves the problem for a few seconds

What should I do, I play in a i5 3.2Ghz, windows 7 professional, 32 bits, Geforce GT 220 1gb and 4gb ram. So obviously the problem isnt the computer, because I have lag even if I turn my graphics to the lowest. When I started playing the game(september), I never had lag, then it started in november I guess, and now I cant do a jumping puzzle, vista, dungeon, without my graphs on the lowest(I dont even try to put them at medium or high, cause the lag just continues)…
Would it be connection problems? I live in Brazil and my friends who live here can play normally, with the same internet provider than mine.

Dungeons for me have been great after patch. In 2 runs got 1 exotic axe, 2 cores and 1 rare staff. And the axe wasnt even from the chest, I got it from Malrona(ta exp)

Shouldn’t the price for a precursor go down over time as more people acquire them? I don’t see the logic in their cost getting any higher. Especially if we have another event that awards them.

That is the point. I want a Twilight, but its already common now. And that is why most of them paid 20-60g to get it. I dont want to pay 700g+ more for one dusk.

Oh, and legendarys for laurels would make no sense to me.

Why you guys dont want another karka event? Its just what we need. If they just increase the drop, it will be too common. This way will be better. They promised frame and frost to be bigger than karka. The only way to make it bigger, is dropping some exotics, and to the lucky ones, precursors

I was about to create a topic about this…Month ago, or more, I saw a post of a GM saying they were worried about precursor prices, and my guess its that they are going to drop in this event(exotics, then lucky ones will get precursors, just like in Lost Shores)…Hope you guys make a good drop rate in the event, cause this price is absurd. What would be a far price? Less than 400g?

Oh and I have 440g in hands, and more 50g in items to sell…So I am not that bad in money, but still…Too overpriced

I just hope they consider our achievement points like some people said. If they do, we should get at least 1% of our achievement points. E.g: If I have 3k achievement points, I would get 30.
1% is very low, but considering that we would be able to get the most expensive ascended gear, its not bad.

Wouldn’t make any sense adding laurels to the pvp daily as laurels are used to acquire pve items so why would you get a PvE reward in a SPvP daily, this would be akin to getting SPvP rewards in the PvE daily. If it is for your level 80 then it is for pve in which case you need the pve daily.
As for WvW that is also covered in the pve daily as WvW has nothing whatsoever to do with SPvP. It’s actually easier to get your pve daily completed in WvW so that is a moot point.

The rewards for the PvP daily might need adjusting to make them better but they shouldn’t include PvE items.

This isn’t about sense, is about making people play and enjoy all parts of the game. I almost dont play pvp because I dont get any good reward in it. It’s just a pastime activity. And maybe this is all QQ, and we should just accept it, but don’t you all think that improving rewards in pvp too would be awesome for pvp and for the game? Rooms would be full like never before, it would encourage us to play it and wouldn’t be an obligation….

Just hope next time they warn about everything, EVERYTHING that is going to be included, since I lost over 40g because charged lodestones dropped in prices. And would be great if the monthly was reset, because I already did mine, and I want laurels so bad!!

Legendary weps are just that…you should be good and participate in every aspect of the game to get one. WvW is part of the game so stop the QQ, if you dont want to help your server get the points just transfer. The paid transfers are going to be with gems so you can use gold. Just consider it part of the money pit that are legendaries

Chill out offensive guy…This isnt QQ, as you can see, a lot of players are having the same issue…

At higher tiers you can be stuck with the same map colour for weeks, if not months.

And plowing down another map just isn’t an option. True, if you stick on map for more than an hour or so, you can pick up a lot of vistas/pois/sps …. But it won’t get them all for you … Particularly offensive home keeps.

I know that thieves can make perma stealth, but I guess your problem its just a wvw problem. What is happening to me is that most of enemies and some allies are invisible to me because there is so many people that I have to fight with invisible enemies. They already said something about it…Forgive me if I misunderstood, but I guess it might be it.

Totally agree with that…pets have no defense, they die in 1 hit, if it is a bear, 2. And a lot of pet’s skills are bugged, like the Lick Wounds. Most of times he doesn’t heal you…

Yeah, I need it for the legendary weapon…And you know that its impossible to get a keep close to their base…specially if you are in T1 servers…even if your server is owning the wvw, your server dont get all keeps and etc.

Hey, I just have a question to make. Why control’s area of servers dont rotate? Since we will have to pay for changing servers they could rotate these areas each week, because I really dont want to change server, and neither pay for it. I need few POIs and some vistas too.
