I think I great idea for future character progression could be something like playstyle traits that truly evolve your character.
For the elementalist it could be a trait called focused elements.
This would essentially allow you to choose two elements and you would gain the ability to weapon swap.
One thing I noticed to be a little silly is that we all are just rolling around all the time. Actually I’ve heard this complaint numerous times from other folks too. I purpose a change.
We could all start out with the regular dodge and gain new skills to replace it as we level. Like we do with our healing skills
Profession specific dodge/block mechanics.
For instance:
Warrior, bold stance-stand strong and brace yourself for incoming damage, gain adrenaline
Guardian, illuminating shield – create a shield that blocks the attacker and blinds foes
Thief, dark maneuvers-shadow step back leaving a trail of poison
Ranger, growing vines-bring vines from the grown blocking their attack and bleeding foes
Engineer-rocket speed- use rockets to propell you backwards leaving a trail of fire
Mesmer-empathetic shield- create a shield that blocks attack and reflects a portion of damage back to enemy
Elementalist-lightning speed- use lightning to flash backwards
Necro-minion shield-create a minion shield that blocks your attack and explodes
Maybe some are OP but you get the gist

in my dreams:
scepter skill #1 cause confusion and bounce to additional targets
scepter skills #2 rework. choatic reversal: become invincible for 2 seconds, you and nearby party members gain retailiation.
So this is my idea for incorporating player housing and gvg.
I’m not long winded or very detailed soo this is going to be short and to the point.
Guild towns are instanced zones where guilds can set up a town in the various city’s of the game.
The style of the zone changes based on the city you choose to build in.
and there are different plots you can choose to design the house of your choice.
This also opens up the ability for them to add housing styles to the cash shop and generate more money.
Each Town has is centered by a large guild hall.
Players can even set-up npc shops where you can setup npc crafters and blah blah.
or become the guilds crafter and set up your home as a crafting shop.
Onto the gvg side.
Town and raiders gvg is centered around one guild attacking the guild town and the other members defending it.
Siege equipment
burning down buildings…
Kind of a small scale version of wvw
ofcouse this is just temporary and once the battle is over everything will be back to normal.
ok im done.
Queen Jennah is a hot mess.
She’s Not wearing any shoes and her dress is a bit.. boring.
She is our queen and she needs to be fabulous.
Post your idea of how she should look
I totally agree.
Please Add
I’m all for taunt. It would give the game much needed organization that its totally missing
I’m sorry but she looks so plain. That gown is hideous. And she is a powerful mesmer. She should look glamorous and interesting not just some random character that you would just stroll past if you didn’t know that she was the queen of all humans on Tyria. Smdh
She doesnt even wear shoes…
Whats up with that?
