The reason you need a confirmation on this is because if you do buy in error, they cannot refund you. It’s a one way street because it is considered an account upgrade and they cannot reverse it. With such a serious change, a confirmation should be added, especially with the names being very close to other options.

1) Add a confirmation button in the gem store so that when you are buying something, you get a confirmation window pop up to confirm what it is you are buying is correct.

2) There needs to be a name separation between collection expansion and character expansion. These two items sound very similar and can be bought in error. Also, they are very close in the gem store as well, they should be some separation between the two to ensure errors in buying are minimal.

After buying them, I never got them in the mail screen so I went in, tried it again and this time I got them. When I looked at my gem total, I was down 3200 gems, not just 1600 so I thought I got double charged. I opened a ticket on this and after several days I heard nothing. I dunned them again via email today and got feedback on it. What I bought the first time was not collection expansion but character expansions. I was told that I could not get a refund on this.

I simply would like them to remove additional character slots I don’t need so I can get my 1600 gems back. Yes, I bought them but I did so in error. If you look in the gem store they are very close in name and position as well. What I am asking for is not unreasonable so I do not understand why this request is denied.

Since the release of EotM I’ve gone out several times to run the marionette but no one is there (just a hand full of people). I was hoping to use up the last of my components for keys.

Does anyone know if these will have any value after the 2/18 release?

So this trait doesn’t remove the timer on the auto defeat state? If it doesn’t what does this trait do then? All the help text says is 100% chance to rally. Vengeance already gives you the rally for a set period of time.

I decided to try out this trait, went into battle and died. When I hit Vengeance, I still died after about 15 secs. According to the description I should have 100% chance to rally. Doesn’t rally = back on feet and not dead after a set period of time?

What is a condis bunker? Are you talking about people that run conditional removal builds?

I’m still learning the waters of WvW and I was wondering how you can tell when you can take back a supply camp? I’ve seen in chat people speaking about it but I haven’t seen where it shows this information in game.

I know we can resize them but it would be great to be able to move to to a different part of the screen. I would like to have them on one side together instead of separate.

If we can move all of the other windows like, why can’t we move these?

I’ve played three rounds, dropped off stuff, ran around, died, become a ghost and chased people = 0 of 8 rounds played

I’ve been playing GW2 for about six months now, I have one 80 (engineer) and a few other of various levels. When I see call outs for empty spots for a dungeon run, I want to join but I’m hestitant since I’ve never done one (not even my final story one yet )

Is there another thread, link or a general suggestion for someone who hasn’t run dungeons to get started. My great fear is I’ll join and say I’ve never run it and get kicked. Or. I’ll join, not say and cause the group harm before I don’t know what to do.

I tend to play mostly solo. Now I’m begging for a group, hanging outside the dungeon entrance and I get no takers to either start a group or to join any existing groups.

Why can’t their be an option to run this solo so I don’t miss out? I ran it once with a group before but we wiped on the last boss. Now no one seems to want to run it. All my effort to finish this is lost now. I will NOT be doing any more living story quest. Wish I knew ahead of time that this ends in a story dungeon

Small guilds need to have the ability to join up with others to have an impact in WvW.
